Sofia Coppola’s daughters steal the show in rare family outing for Paris Fashion Week
Sofia Coppola is a cool mom.
The director brought both of her daughters — Romy, 18, and Cosima, 15 — to a star-studded Paris Fashion Week event on Tuesday.
The trio attended the Chanel Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2025 fashion show in coordinating pastel ensembles.
The Oscar winner, 54, cut a casual figure in a gray tee, white jeans and an unbuttoned blue long-sleeve, completing her look with two-tone heels.
Coppola’s eldest daughter paired a blue dress with dramatic eyeliner and layered necklaces for the outing.
Her younger sister opted for a pink dress and matching jacket.
Romy documented the experience via Instagram, posting a slideshow captioned, “Chanel day 2.”
In the social media upload, the teenager got her glam done while drinking coffee — and gave a close-up of her final look.
Over the weekend, she showed her followers the “dinner with @chanelofficial” she attended in the City of Love while rocking a lace white gown.
“thank u for nepobabying the right way,” one fan commented on Sunday, while another gushed, “you look like a character from one of your mother’s movies.”
Coppola has kept Romy and Cosima out of the public eye since welcoming them with husband Thomas Mars in 2006 and 2010, respectively.
Romy, however, went viral in 2023 over a TikTok about getting grounded for trying to charter a helicopter using her rocker dad’s credit card.
“I thought I would do this since I’m already grounded since my parents’ biggest rule is, like, I’m not allowed to have any public social media accounts,” she revealed at the time, insisting that the social media platform would not “make [her] famous.”
Coppola addressed the headlines five months later, agreeing in a Hollywood Reporter interview that the video was “the best way for [Romy] to be rebellious.”
The Golden Globe winner added, “People discussing my parenting publicly is not what I would’ve hoped for.”
She and Mars, 48, have been married since 2011.
Romy followed in her father’s musical footsteps in May when she released her “A-lister” song, with Coppola directing the music video.
The previous year, she acted as a reporter in grandfather Francis Ford Coppola’s “Megalopolis” movie.
