NY man charged with threatening to shoot ICE agents — and their kids: ‘Kill them all’

A deranged upstate man threatened to kill federal immigration officials — and even their children — in a series of disturbing online posts, authorities said Tuesday.

Matthew White, 43, of Jamestown posted a string of chilling threats on X in April, vowing to “put a bullet” in Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials and calling the federal agency “the new age Gestapo,” ICE officials said in a press release.

In one rant, White threatened to kill an agent, “but first his children,” ICE said.

“There is no place in our community for such hate against any human beings, including and especially innocent children,” Buffalo Special Agent in Charge Erin Keegan said in a statement.

“Let it be known, [Homeland Security Investigations] Buffalo is unflinchingly committed to finding and investigating any individuals who threaten, or who are intent on hurting members of our law enforcement community.”

White’s threatening posts included an April 18 screed where he wrote, “Kill them all, ICE is the new age gestapo, stop them,” according to the feds.

On April 29, he allegedly posted a clip of Border Czar Tom Homan under the user name “America.”

“Then understand that if your ICE agents don’t show proof of identity and a signed warrant, we will kill them,” White allegedly wrote.

In late April, he is accused of posting another threat after an arrest operation by ICE agents at a Virginia courthouse earlier in the month.

“I can’t wait to put a bullet into this guy’s brain, but first his children,” he allegedly wrote.

The feds tracked down White, who voluntarily allowed the agents to retrieve copies of his posts while being questioned June 4, ICE officials said.

He was charged last week with communicating interstate threats and was released under unspecified release conditions, the agency said.
