Perv who allegedly lured middle schooler into NYC park threatened to expose embarrassing photo, made teen strip off shirt: sources

The perv who allegedly targeted a teen on the way to school in the Bronx Thursday coerced her into a wooded area by threatening to expose embarrassing photos of her – and then made her strip off her shirt before committing a lewd act and then offering her $20, law enforcement sources said.

Oneil Kennedy, 45, approached the 14-year-old victim as she walked to the nearby Bronx Alliance Middle School around 8:20 a.m., authorities and sources said. 

He allegedly forced her into a secluded area in Seton Falls Park with the threat, “I have a picture of you and your friends. If you don’t want me to show it, follow me,” the sources said. 

Once there, the sicko allegedly told the girl to lift up her shirt before masturbating in front of her, authorities and sources said. 

He then gave the shaken teen $20 and told her, “I will see you on Monday before fleeing,” according to the sources.

The victim – who was not physically injured – then showed up at her school and reported the incident to her teacher, the sources said. 

Cops caught up to Kennedy about 11 hours later, and he was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, public lewdness, stalking and harassment, police said.

Kennedy has seven prior arrests, including a Bronx forcible touching bust from 2010, where the victim was only 16, cops said. 

The latest attack came about a month after another Bronx sicko — Xavier Chapman, 30 — allegedly stormed up to a 19-year-old woman sitting on a park bench in Belmont and forced himself on her, authorities said.

He was arrested and charged with rape, sexual abuse and harassment, police said. 

And in Brooklyn, alleged serial creep Justin Lee, 22, tried to rape a 12-year-old girl inside a Coney Island apartment building earlier this month — less than a week after he was sprung without bail in a pair of eerily similar attacks, authorities said.
