Jake Haro admits to murdering, torturing his 7-month-old, Emmanuel — whose body has yet to be found

California man Jake Haro sobbed as he pleaded guilty Thursday torturing and murdering his
defenseless 7-month-old son, Emmanuel, whose tiny body still has not been found.

Haro, 32, copped to a second-degree murder charge as well as to charges of assault causing bodily harm to a child and filing a false report during a hearing in Riverside County court in California Thursday morning, KABC reported.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 3 in the horrifying case.

His wife, Rebecca Haro, who is also charged with murder, pleaded not guilty to an updated criminal complaint.

Emmanuel was reported missing in May, The case has captivated and horrified the nation since.
