Travis Kelce’s ex Kayla Nicole admits she ‘obsesses’ over criticism after Taylor Swift song diss

Travis Kelce’s ex Kayla Nicole admits she “obsesses” over online trolls — just days after Taylor Swift snubbed the model in a song from her new album.

Nicole addressed her social media critics on Saturday’s episode of her “The Pre-Game” podcast.

“As someone who obsesses over the fact that I, on a daily basis, am terrified of my comments, terrified of my DMs. I don’t want to be triggered,” she told listeners.

Nicole, 33, admitted that she doesn’t enjoy reading the nasty things people say about her in her feed.

“I don’t want to care, I don’t want to look,” she said.

Nicole then joked that those who have something rude to say should express themselves on her posts instead of elsewhere on the internet, so she can get more engagement — aka more money.

“If you’re gonna do it, please do it [in comments] so I can pay a bill around here,” she said. “Especially if it’s a branded post. Go to those ones, honestly.”

Elsewhere in the episode, Nicole noted that her current online presence is anything but positive.

“I’m like God, if anybody f–king Googles me, they’re gonna think I’m a crazy person right now,” she said.

Nicole also said that this year “hasn’t been the easiest.”

“I can relate [to] … experiencing adversity, great change in your life, maybe misconceptions of people in public in general,” she said.

Nicole made headlines when Swift seemingly dissed the content creator in her “The Life of a Showgirl” album, which debuted last Friday.

Swift’s song “Opalite” is a tune dedicated to her love for Kelce — but the singer notably addresses one of his exes in a not-so-subtle way.

“You couldn’t understand it, why you felt alone / You were in it for real, she was in her phone / And you were just a pose,” the lyrics read in part.

Fans swiftly resurfaced an old video of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end begging Nicole to “get off your phone” when they were out to dinner together.

The awkward exchange led listeners to believe Swift’s words were directed at Nicole, who dated Kelce on and off for five years before they broke up in 2022.

Nicole appeared to respond to Swift’s musical slight by suggesting to her Instagram followers that she doesn’t compare herself to other women.

Kelce, 36, moved on from Nicole with Swift, 35, in the summer of 2023. He and the pop star got engaged two years later.
