Le Creuset’s ‘Wicked’-Themed Dutch Ovens Are Bound to Sell Out

First an iconic Broadway show, now a box office smash, the world of Wicked knows no bounds. Case in point: Le Creuset is bringing some of Elphaba and Glinda’s magic into the kitchen.

The cookware brand just launched a limited edition collection of its best-selling Dutch oven inspired by everyone’s favorite witches — and yes, they’re green and pink. Given the popularity of the first movie and the anticipation surrounding its sequel, Wicked: For Good, on November 21, these Le Creuset Dutch ovens are bound to fly off the shelves faster than Elphaba fleeing the Emerald City.

The exterior of the Elphaba-themed Le Creuset Dutch oven is a deep green, while the interior is a rich black, reflecting the Wicked Witch’s iconic costume. The lid is embossed with Elphaba’s silhouette, broom, hat, and all. Plus, two flying monkeys follow her into the sky.

Similarly, the Glinda-inspired pick is embossed with the Good Witch’s silhouette, including her ballgown skirt, tiara, and wand. Two butterflies make for Glinda’s sidekicks. This pot is a bubblegum pink color with a creamy interior.

Both of the Dutch ovens from Le Creuset’s Wicked collab are available in the 4.5-quart size. They’re made with the brand’s signature enameled cast iron, which allows for consistent heat distribution and is oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, the durable material is stain-, chip-, and crack-resistant, and extremely easy to clean. It’s the lightest-weight cast iron by quart on the market, too.

With one of these pots, you can fry, braise, sauté, steam, sear, and boil, so the variety of recipes at your disposal is endless. One PEOPLE writer, whose Le Creuset Dutch oven replaced “half [their] cookware” would “buy it again in a heartbeat.”
