Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were all smiles during a recent Kansas City night out.

On Thursday, Oct. 2, Jeremiah Sims shared a picture on Instagram with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and 14-time Grammy winner at Kelce’s 1587 Prime steakhouse. The pair, who got engaged in August, posed with Sims on a recent evening at the restaurant.

Sims, who owns the vintage clothing store Resupply, also shared a picture with his pal, Chiefs’ running back Kareem Hunt, along with a mirror selfie in the space under neon lights that said “Rare AND Well Done.” “Love Over Hate,” he captioned the post.

Kelce, who turns 36 on Oct. 5, opened the restaurant with Chiefs teammate, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, in September.

The restaurant, which is named after Kelce and Mahomes’ jersey numbers, features “multi-sensory dining aspects” taking up 10,000 square feet of space in Loews Kansas City Hotel. One drink also pays homage to Swift, 35, named after her hit song “The Alchemy.”

The tight end told PEOPLE about the restaurant in April 2024. “What I can tell you is that we’re trying to open it up by around this time next year, so a 2025 grand opening,” he teased at the time.

“I’ve just been so fortunate to meet such amazing people [and] to be in it with my brother Pat Mahomes.”

“Me and Pat know the guys and and girls over at Noble 33. And it’s just such an unbelievable opportunity,” he added about the hospitality group they worked with to bring their steakhouse to life.

“[It’s] just another thing that we want to bring to Kansas City, to be able to show our appreciation for the city, knowing how much they love their food and how much they love their football.”

Swift, meanwhile, is set to release her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, on Friday, Oct. 3.

She teamed up with frequent collaborators Max Martin and Shellback for the 12-track record. “It was really special,” she said on New Heights in August about their reunion for the album.

“It meant the world to me to have this creative experience where we knew we had to bring the best ideas we’ve ever had. I also know the pressure I’m putting on this record by saying that, but I don’t care because I love it that much.”

She also spoke about the inspiration for the album, which she worked on while on her record-breaking Eras Tour.

“It feels like kind of energetically, how my life has felt,” Swift said at the time. “And this album is about what was going on behind the scenes in my inner life during [The Eras Tour], which was so exuberant and electric and vibrant.”
