Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville are among those who Denise Richards‘ ex Aaron Phypers may call to the witness stand amid their divorce.

On Monday, Sept. 29, Phypers’ attorney filed a witness list that specifically named both Sheen, 60, and Glanville, 52, as those he may call on for a hearing next month, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The document, filed ahead of the hearing scheduled for Oct. 6 through Oct. 8, lists the “subject” of the pair’s testimonies as “Denise’s history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.”

The filing also names three of Phypers’ family members, Richards’ father and Richards herself, who will be asked to address her allegations against her ex-husband, among others.

PEOPLE has reached out to Sheen and Glanville’s reps for comment.

Sheen and Richards, 54, were married from 2002 to 2006 and share daughters Lola, 20, and Sami, 21. The pair appear to be on good terms after posing together at the Los Angeles premiere of Sheen’s new Netflix documentary earlier this month.

Glanville and Richards both previously starred in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Glanville claimed in 2020 that the pair had an affair, which Richards denied.

Phypers filed for divorce from Richards on July 7, listed their date of separation as July 4 and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. The pair, who got married in 2018, have since made a myriad of allegations against each other in the months since — Phypers claimed to TMZ that Richards cheated on him with another man and Richards accused Phypers of domestic violence.

Richards was later granted a temporary restraining order against him as Phypers has denied the abuse allegations as “completely false and deeply hurtful” in a previous statement to PEOPLE. Later, Richards accused her ex of violating her temporary restraining order against him and requested that he return her laptop and be prohibited from disseminating information contained within it. Phypers disputed that anything was stolen.

Phypers previously mentioned Sheen amid their legal back-and-forth earlier this month, after Richards asked that Phypers pay her spousal support and that the court terminate its ability to award him support. “Denise Richards is attempting to humiliate me again, just as she did with her first ex, Charlie Sheen, six years ago today,” he said in a statement.

“It is the same vengeance playbook as Charlie said, ‘D and her legal posse only deal in fiction. My day in court is painfully overdue. She is behaving like a coward, and the truth will prevail,” he added. “I, too, will be vindicated when the truth comes out, just as Charlie promised. Our family has been ruined by Denise’s lies of promising to end a year-long affair.”

Richards’ divorce attorney Brett Berman previously denied Phypers’ allegations about the actress having an affair, calling them “false.”
