Great American Family Unveils Christmas 2025 Movie Slate: Full List!

Great American Family is back with a new slate of holiday films!

The network announced on Friday, Sept. 26, that its fifth annual iteration of the Great American Christmas franchise returns this holiday season — starting a bit earlier than the snow falls on Oct. 9, with the latest holiday movies also arriving via Great American Pure Flix and GFAM+ as well.

Things kick off streaming-wise on Oct. 9 via Great American Pure Flix, with most films arriving on Great American Family and GFAM+ starting two days later. Fans of the channel can expect to see familiar faces such as Candace Cameron Bure and Mario Lopez — with Bure’s daughter Natasha Bure starring alongside her mom in Timeless Tidings of Joy, while Lopez’s son Dominic stars in Mario Lopez Presents: Chasing Christmas.

“As we celebrate the fifth year of Great American Christmas, it is a reminder of just how special this tradition has become. Our storytelling is rooted in faith, family, and the true spirit of the season — Christmas as it is meant to be,” Bill Abbott, president and CEO of Great American Media, said in a statement. “Each year, we strive to create films that not only warm hearts but also bring people together in joy and reflection. Reaching this milestone reinforces our commitment to offering viewers stories that honor timeless values and the wonder of Christmas.”

Other stars expected in this year’s lineup include Katie Leclerc, Christopher Russell, Cindy Busby and Danica McKellar, as Great American Family announced more than a dozen new holiday films arriving in the months to come.

Thursday, Oct. 9 (Great American Pure Flix) and Saturday, Oct. 11 (Great American Family and GFAM+): A Wisconsin Christmas Pie, starring Katie Leclerc and Ryan Carnes

A pastry chef (Leclerc) returns home to Door County, Wisconsin, for Christmas and find that saving her family’s orchard — and her heart — may depend on the perfect pie and a second chance at love (Carnes).

Thursday, Oct. 16 (Great American Pure Flix) and Saturday, Oct. 18 (Great American Family and GFAM+): A Christmas Prayer, starring Shae Robins and Christopher Russell

Natalie (Robins), a weary children’s book illustrator, rediscovers her creativity and faith when she secretly fulfills the heartfelt prayer list of a little girl, unknowingly becoming the answer to the girl’s father’s (Russell) Christmas wish for love, healing, and hope.

Thursday, Oct. 23 (Great American Pure Flix) and Saturday, Oct. 25 (Great American Family and GFAM+): Once Upon a Christmas Crown, starring Ellise Roth and Callum Buckley

Princess Charlotte (Roth) of Marovia, a duty-bound princess, escapes to a New England town at Christmas, where a secret baking contest — and an unexpected romance (Buckley) — teach her that love may be life’s true crowning achievement.

Thursday, Oct. 30 (Great American Pure Flix) and Saturday, Nov. 1 (Great American Family and GFAM+): Christmas Of Giving (working title), starring Ash Tsai, Marshall Williams, and Julia Reilly

When a weary non-profit director (Tsai) faces dwindling donations and perceives she may be replaced just days before Christmas, the return of an old love (Williams) and a new and unexpected ally (Reilly) teach her that letting go may be the only way to save both her mission and her heart.

Thursday, Nov. 6 (Great American Pure Flix) and Sunday, Nov. 23 (Great American Family and GFAM+): Christmas In Midnight Clear starring Alicia Josipovic and Jon McLaren

A high-powered real estate developer (Josipovic), burdened by a costly setback, arrives in the struggling town of Midnight Clear just before Christmas, where she meets a local pastor (McLaren) and learns saving the community may require opening her heart as much as her checkbook.

Saturday, Nov. 8: Love At Kringle Lake (working title) starring Alexa Maria Huerta and Joseph Morales

When two ambitious executives from a top Chicago marketing firm (Huerta, Morales) are sent to the quaint town of Kringle Lake to rekindle the spirit of Christmas, they discover the greatest gift of the season may be each other.

Thursday, Nov. 13 (Great American Pure Flix), Saturday, Nov. 15 (Great American Family and GFAM+), Saturday, Nov. 29 (encore presentation): Timeless Tidings of Joy, starring Candace Cameron Bure, Natasha Bure and Paul Greene

When Ally (Candace Cameron Bure) returns home to sell her grandmother’s (Natasha Bure) letterpress shop — long seen as a burden — she meets an old soul (Greene) determined to preserve its legacy, and together they discover that faith, sacrifice, and love can rewrite both the shop’s fate and their own.

Wednesday, Nov. 26 (Great American Pure Flix) and Friday, Nov. 28 (Great American Family and GFAM+): The Christmas Spark, starring Mario Lopez and Ali Cobrin

At Christmastime, a passed-over corporate lawyer (Lopez) joins his small town’s fire department, where he competes with a fallen hero’s son — and finds unexpected sparks with his widowed mom (Cobrin).

Thursday, Nov. 27 (Great American Pure Flix) and Sunday, Nov. 30 (Great American Family and GFAM+): There’s No Place Like Christmas, starring Cindy Busby and Sam Page
