Yolanda Hadid Selling Pennsylvania Farm for $11 Million After Ending Engagement: See Photos

Yolanda Hadid is officially ready to part ways with her historic Hadid Family Farm that she custom-designed herself.  

The model and designer, 61, is putting the sprawling 30-acre lavender farm and equestrian estate located in Bucks County, Pa., on the market for $10,888,000. Hadid first purchased the property in 2017, according to property records. 

Her intention for the home was to transform it into a “safe haven” where she and her three children — Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Anwar Hadid — could recharge and reconnect with nature, per the listing. 

In a quote shared with PEOPLE, Yolanda recalls, “Bella and Gigi riding their horses bareback around the farm and training in the jumping arena in such close proximity from New York and their very busy careers.” 

Of the property, where she’s previously documented the serene practice of harvesting her own lavender, she adds: “It truly is a slice of Heaven, a sanctuary and our safe haven.” 

Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate currently hold the listing.

The property features a historic main stone farmhouse originally built in 1810, while the property itself was first deeded in 1682. Yolanda redesigned the interiors of the main farmhouse herself and made sure to preserve its historic charm while adding modern touches to the home. 

It features three bedrooms, five bathrooms and five fireplaces, as well as multiple living and dining spaces. 

In the stone bank barn, built in 1776, an entertainment space, gym, and professional equestrian facility is spread out across 8,000 square feet. 

There are also three additional homes located on the property: the one-bedroom Carriage House, one-bedroom Corn Crib Cottage, and two-bedroom Lavender Cottage. All three properties are also equipped with a full kitchen. 

The outdoor spaces offer an array of impressive amenities, including a resort-style pool, a fire pit, and a number of outdoor seating areas. A restored stone spring house has been transformed into a wine and lavender oil cellar as well.

Along with a meditation labyrinth, the land boasts over 3,000 lavender plants as well as lush vegetable gardens.

The sale of the family farm comes eight months after Yolanda and her fiance Joseph Jingoli split after six years together. 

In June, a source told PEOPLE the couple quietly called off their engagement in January, adding, “They remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together.”

During an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in 2018, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum opened up about how she and Jingoli first met on her family farm in Pennsylvania shortly after she moved there in 2017. 

“I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man and he magically just rang the doorbell at the farm,” she said at the time.

Later in August 2024, Yolanda revealed to PEOPLE that Jingoli popped the question in 2022 while they were on a trip in Holland.

News of the listing also comes amid a trying time for the family as Bella was recently hospitalized for a health issue.

On, Sept. 18, Yolanda, posted a series of photos on Instagram of her daughter in a hospital bed and opened up about how much the model has endured recently.

“As you will understand, watching my Bella struggle in silence has cut the deepest core of hopelessness inside me,” she wrote. “The invisible disability of chronic neurological Lyme disease is hard to explain or understand for anyone. I try to lead by example on our Lyme journey but my own pain cannot compare to watching my baby suffer.”

Bella shared an update as well, apologizing to fans for being absent from public life of late. “I’m sorry I always go MIA I love you guys,” she wrote in the caption, alongside photos that show her resting in a hospital bed while hooked up to IV bags.

Her mother, who also has Lyme disease, commented under the post, writing, “Lyme warrior,” with a red heart.
