Kylie Kelce reveals she’s under “immense pressure” with this one part of parenting.
During the Thursday, Sept. 25 episode of the Not Gonna Lie podcast, the mom of four, 33, opened up about how packing lunches for her daughters is putting her under “immense pressure.” Kylie shared that she feels like she’s going to “get judged for not packing a nutritious lunch.”
“Not gonna lie. I felt an immense pressure about packing lunches this year because it was my first time,” she said. “And I thought, am I gonna get judged for not packing a nutritious lunch? But the number of times that lunchbox came back with a decent amount of food in it, I’ve succumbed to the idea that I should pack things that are healthy, but I know they won’t eat. So yeah, judge away.”

Kylie shares her four daughters — Finnley, 4 months, Bennett, 2, Elliotte, 4, and Wyatt, 5 — with husband Jason Kelce. The podcaster was recently interviewed by Parents for their first-ever Next Gen Awards and shared how she and her former NFL player husband, 37, keep themselves grounded amid their fame.
“We actually parent our kids. We keep a small circle of people that help us care for or interact with our kids,” explained Kylie. “That provides us the opportunity to be in the thick of it and stay surrounded by family.”
It also helps that the family of four has a sense of humor. During a recent episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, Kylie shared with guest Mandy Moore, 41, that her daughter Elliotte calls the retired NFL star by a “ridiculous” nickname.
“The girls, they will occasionally call Jason Jason or Jay. Ellie has also called Jason big guy,” she said. “I want to be abundantly clear. That is not something I call my husband, but she, I believe, heard it on Bluey. I could be wrong, but she heard it somewhere.”
“She’ll be like, ‘Come on, big guy. Time to get up, big guy. Let’s go in the other room, big guy,’ ” she continued. “And says it like it’s completely normal, which is ridiculous.”

On a previous episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, the doting mom revealed that during a recent doomscrolling session, she came across a TikTok video of a mom explaining why she wanted “nobody needs me” time over “me time” that she felt “deep in my bones.”
“I want to sit on the couch and sit. That’s it, period. That was my whole sentence. I want to sit on the couch, period,” she said. “‘Me time’ to me says that I have things that I want to do for me, and that’s not necessarily the case. I want no one to need me.”
“I don’t want to open a snack. I don’t wanna fill a water bottle. I don’t wanna wipe a butt,” she added. “I think that pretty much sums it up.”
