Best Unique Uggs to Wear in Fall 2025 and Stand Out

Three tell-tale signs of fall: changing leaves, festive decor, and Uggs everywhere you look. 

Since Ugg’s rise to popularity in the early aughts, it seems like everyone, including celebrities, has been spotted in the sheepskin-lined boots. But if when a piece of clothing gets too saturated, it makes me lose interest. As such, I’ve sold, donated, or tucked away all of my Classic Minis in search of the unsung heroes of the Ugg world.

Ugg Zora Ballet Flat

Ugg just set out to prove that ballet flats can be both cute and ultra comfortable (not to mention toasty warm). This hybrid shoe has the typical suede exterior and sheepskin sockliner of other Uggs, but in an adorably slim silhouette. I also found the shoe in a sleek black leather alternative, although it’s currently sold out in many sizes on Amazon. The ballet flats can be worn with or without socks, but I imagine them styled with a pair of cropped pants and a button-up top for a polished yet relaxed in-office look. 

Ugg Venture Daze Ultra Mini Fashion Boot

Of Ugg’s more adventurous styles, this one most reminds me of the Classic Mini. The boot has a low, suede upper, but a thick rubber outsole that accommodates rougher, wetter environments than the thinner outsole on the Classic Minis. This means you can step in a puddle or pile of snow and not worry your boot will be soaked through to your socks.

“These boots are crazy warm,” shared a customer in Wisconsin. “I have worn them in zero and sub-zero weather, and my feet don’t get cold.” You might also appreciate the extra height given by its 2.5-inch platform.  

Ugg Bea Mary Jane Slipper

Mary Janes are not new to the scene, as is evidenced by celebrities like Anne Hathaway. But I’ve not seen many people wearing the shoes in a slipper style. Noteworthy design aspects  of Ugg’s take on Mary Janes include a cozy sheepskin lining, plush insole, and 1.75-inch platform outsole. “The height is just right,” wrote a pleased buyer. “[I] can wear [them] all day.” Personally, I can’t think of a cuter shoe to slip on with my leggings as I head to a pilates class or on errands around my neighborhood.
