Meet the Real-Life Loves of ‘The Voice’ Season 28 Coaches
Love is in the air for the The Voice season 28 coaches.
Over the years, the NBC reality singing competition has featured numerous celebrities who have worked with aspiring artists to meet their potential and claim a team victory. Season 28, which premieres on Sept. 22, brings back some fan favorite coaches, including Niall Horan, Reba McEntire, Michael Bublé and Snoop Dogg.
Bublé’s team remains the reigning champion, with back-to-back wins on seasons 26 and 27 of the show with Sofronio Vasquez and Adam David. McEntire won season 25 with Asher HaVon, while Horan also brought home two wins during seasons 23 and 24 with Gina Miles and Huntley.
Even with over two dozen seasons under the show’s belt, The Voice keeps shaking things up. This year, the “Carson Callback” is being introduced, which allows longtime host Carson Daly to get involved.
When The Voice coaches aren’t looking for the best new artists for their teams, they have careers and relationships of their own. Most recently, McEntire and actor Rex Linn got engaged after five years together, with reps for the country singer confirming the news to PEOPLE on Sept. 15.

Reba McEntire and her fiancé Rex Linn have been going strong since 2020.
After first meeting in 1991 on the set of The Gambler Returns: The Luck of the Draw, the pair reconnected nearly 30 years later, with McEntire confirming their romance in October 2020.
She shared insights into their relationship on an episode of her Living & Learning podcast, revealing that they went on their first date in January 2020 and stayed in contact throughout the pandemic. She explained, “It’s just great getting to talk to somebody who I find very interesting, very funny, very smart and is interested in me, too.”
Since then, they’ve made several public appearances together, like their red carpet debut as a couple in November 2020 at the CMA Awards. They later attended the Oscars in April 2022 and the ACM Awards in May 2025.
In addition, McEntire and Linn have worked alongside each other in front of the camera, including the Lifetime movie The Hammer and the network shows Young Sheldon and Big Sky. Currently, they both star on the NBC sitcom Happy’s Place.
In January 2025, McEntire marked her fifth anniversary with Linn in a sweet Instagram post. It featured them in the same pose five years apart alongside the caption, “Celebrating five years of tater tots this week! ❤️.”
The relationship milestone also led to another celebratory moment: their engagement! The country singer’s rep confirmed the exciting news in September 2025.

Horan has been linked to his girlfriend, Amelia Woolley, since 2020.
The couple made their public debut at a charity event in September 2021 and have since attended several events together, including at the French Formula One Grand Prix in July 2022 and Wimbledon in July 2025. Horan and Woolley have kept their relationship private, making brief public appearances with each other.
Still, Woolley has inspired Horan in his solo work. The singer confirmed to Entertainment Tonight Canada in June 2023 that his third studio album, The Show, contained relationship-related material.
As for Woolley’s reaction to the tunes, Horan added, “I think she’s just like, what? Really? She’s like, taken aback, I suppose.”
Speaking to Bustle that same month, the former One Direction star shared rare insights into his romance. When asked by the publication if he was madly in love, the singer replied, “That’s dead right.”
Horan purposefully didn’t mention Woolley by name, because “if everyone knew everything, [my songwriting] wouldn’t be as candid, would it?”
“There’d be all these theories, and I’m not in town for that,” he added. “I’m here to write what’s on my brain, and love happens to be one of those things that’s flying around me.”

Snoop Dogg and his wife, Shante Broadus, have been married since 1997.
The couple first met as teenagers when they attended the same high school in California, including going to prom together. Snoop Dogg shared the secret to their decades-long relationship with PEOPLE in September 2024, explaining, “Find out what your companion loves the most and concentrate on doing it the most. That’s real love.”
Snoop Dogg also credits Broadbus for keeping him grounded, calling her his “backbone.” He noted, “You got to have trust and faith in other people, and I have so much trust and faith in my wife … when it comes to my family, my grandkids.”
This also extends into work: Broadus, who oversees Boss Lady Entertainment, became Snoop Dogg’s manager in June 2021. In a press release, Snoop Dogg said his wife had been “guiding my career behind the scenes” since the start and was his “final gut check” for all decisions.
Four years later, he honored her at the 2025 BET Awards, calling her his “everything.” Around the same time, they celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary.
Snoop Dogg and Broadus are parents to three children: sons Corde and Cordell, and daughter Cori. The rapper is also father to son Julian, whom he welcomed in a previous relationship. Snoop Dogg and Broadus are grandparents to eight grandchildren.

Bublé has been married to his wife, actress Luisana Lopilato, since 2011.
The couple met in November 2008 in Argentina at a party that Bublé’s record company threw for him, and they were engaged by January 2010. The following year, Bublé and Lopilato married in two separate ceremonies — in Argentina and Canada to represent their respective home countries.
She has inspired his music over the years. The singer told PEOPLE in January 2022 that his hit 2009 single “Haven’t Met You Yet” was written about her. Lopilato also starred in the music video for his song “I’ll Never Not Love You” as the couple re-created memorable romantic scenes from iconic movies.
The “Everything” singer is not shy about expressing his love for the actress. Bublé opened up to Red magazine in January 2023 about their relationship, revealing the secret to their decade-long marriage. He explained, “More than anything, my wife and I understand that each other’s fulfillment is important.”
“I’m not saying we’re perfect — nobody is — but we both have that understanding,” he continued. “I won’t be touring for certain months next year because she’ll be filming a movie, and so I’ll be Daddy on set, and then she’ll do the same for me. We don’t care what we do — being together is the goal.”
Bublé and Lopilato are parents to four children: Noah, Elias, Vida and Cielo.
