Lori Harvey and Damson Idris Pack on PDA in Mexico Nearly 2 Years After Split

Lori Harvey is spending time with Damson Idris in Mexico.

The model and youngest daughter of Steve Harvey, 28, was spotted hitting a beach in Puerto Vallarta with the actor, 34, on Thursday, Sept. 18. Their fun in the sun came nearly two years after the pair anounced they had ended their relationship in November 2023. 

The exes had a PDA-filled time on the beach. Lori, who wore a black two-piece bikini, grinned ear-to-ear while taking a dip in the water with the F1 star. At one point, Idris, sporting black Prada swim shorts, pulled Lori in for an embrace during a barefoot stroll on the sand back to their lounge chairs. 

Reps for both Lori and Idris did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Lori and Idris were first spotted together in 2022 as they arrived at hotspot Catch LA on Dec. 17. The couple made their relationship Instagram official the following month when Lori reposted a birthday shout-out from Idris. In the photo, the actor gave the birthday girl a kiss on the cheek as she smiled at the camera. 

“Happy Birthday Nunu,” Idris captioned the image. Lori reposted the snap with three white hearts underneath. 

In February 2023, Lori and Idris brought their romance to the red carpet for the first time at the premiere of the final season of his show Snowfall. The two held hands and shared a kiss on the carpet.

Throughout the year, Lori and Idris were spotted together at various events, including a Beyoncé concert in May 2023, London’s Serpentine Summer Party a month later, and even on a Harvey family trip to the popular celebrity vacation destination Saint-Tropez, France, in July 2023. 

Then, on Nov. 7, 2023, the couple shared a joint statement with The Hollywood Reporter announcing their decision to separate.

“We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication,” they said in the statement. “We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.”

Before the couple’s one-year romance, Lori was in a relationship with actor Michael B. Jordan from November 2020 to June 2022.

Meanwhile, Idris was in a nearly decade-long relationship before getting together with Lori. During a GQ sit-down in February 2022, the actor confirmed he was previously in a nine-year relationship, but was single at the time.
