It was a summer of love for Dove Cameron.
With the fall season now upon us, Cameron is looking back at her summer with a smile by revealing never-before-seen home video clips with her boyfriend, Måneskin frontman Damiano David, in the official visualizer for “Whatever You Like.”
The pop ballad is one that Cameron said in a press statement is about “realizing that, even if you’ve been in other relationships, you’ve never truly known love before — in its simplest and truest form. And that maybe, you’ve found the person you want to do every little thing with for the rest of your life.”

The visualizer begins with a clip of her and David relaxing on a boat with the text “summer diaries” written in white letters.
As Cameron sings the intro, “I could drive around with you, my darling, for the rest of my life / Let’s sneak out of the parties early, go home at the end of the night,” different clips of her and her boyfriend come on screen.

Viewers get to see the two enjoying themselves at a concert, striking silly poses and singing karaoke.
As the infectious beat progresses and Cameron’s soothing vocals sing the words dedicated to her lover, fans see clips of David shirtless and leaning in to give her a kiss. Other clips show the rocker carrying Cameron as they dance, as well as applying cream to her face.
“Whatever You Like” is Cameron’s fourth single release of the year, following “Too Much,” “French Girls” and “Romeo.”
She and David were first linked in September 2023 after she was spotted attending one of his shows. They made their red carpet debut in February 2024 at Clive Davis’ annual Pre-Grammy Gala.

In February 2025, Cameron opened up to PEOPLE about why she decided to make her relationship with David public.
“We had a conversation early on, because it’s a weird thing that you have to talk about,” admitted Cameron.
