Bunnie Xo Announces Memoir ‘Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic’ (Exclusive)

Bunnie Xo is prepared to tell her story in a new way with the release of her memoir Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic.

The 45-year-old Dumb Blonde podcast host and wife of Jelly Roll has a new memoir — out Feb. 10, 2026 — that’s been billed as a “modern-day rag to riches story,” according to a press release shared with PEOPLE.

Per the official description, “Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, is cold, clear evidence that no one is irredeemable. With a heavy dose of humor and a refreshing sense of self-awareness, Bunnie pulls no punches as she shares her journey of redemption while offering some homespun wisdom to those who need a little saving themselves.”

Within the pages of Stripped Down, Bunnie XO (whose real name is Alisa DeFord) charts her life from being an “abused runaway” who battled addiction while living in a trailer park in Las Vegas. Her life changed when she moved into the sex work industry, which enabled her to “reclaim her power.”

Of course, it’s been an upwards trajectory since, with the launch of her Dumb Blonde Productions and her 2016 marriage to the “Need a Favor” hitmaker.

“I’ve always considered myself an open book, so when it came time to pour my heart into chapters, it only felt natural to write about what I know best — my journey, my perspective and the grit that’s carried me through,” the first-time author said in a statement shared with PEOPLE.

“Stripped Down is the rawest reflection of who I am in every form,” she continued. “It felt only fitting to name my book after the way I’ve always lived life — raw, unfiltered and in my naked truth. This book is heartbreak and healing, trauma and triumph, love and betrayal — it’s the ashes I’ve risen from, stitched together with the lessons that shaped me into the woman I am today.”
