Who Is Bronwyn Newport’s Husband? All About Todd Bradley

Bronwyn Newport has been fervent in defending her marriage to husband Todd Bradley since her debut on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

The reality star and Bradley, who is 26 years her senior, got married in 2016 in two ceremonies. While they haven’t welcomed children together, Newport is a mother to daughter Gwen from a previous marriage, and Bradley has two children of his own as well.

In season 5, Newport shared that Bradley once had an emotional affair after Gwen discovered secret messages between him and another woman, which became the subject of a tense moment during the reunion.

When asked about it, Bradley said he hadn’t watched the scene in which Newport discussed the affair.

Following the conclusion of the season, Newport told the New York Post that Bradley had been vulnerable with her and taken responsibility for his actions.

“Everybody thinks Todd is not vulnerable. That takes a lot of vulnerability to say I’m wrong and make some changes,” she told the outlet in February 2025. “Our relationship is much stronger because of it because I really appreciate that sentiment.”

He’s a tech executive

After graduating from Towson University in 1980, Bradley started a career in global technology, working his way from senior roles at FedEx to Mozixo, a financial services platform, per his LinkedIn.

He currently serves as a part-time board member of Commvault, a cyber protection company.

In an interview with BravoTV.com, Newport described Bradley as “very successful” and explained they moved to Salt Lake City because of its tax advantages.

Newport and Bradley first met over a chance encounter in San Francisco

Newport and Bradley first crossed paths while they were in San Francisco, where Newport was working in finance at the time, she shared in an episode of the show.

“Him and I were both having lunch by ourselves and he was talking to me and I thought he was hysterically funny,” she said.

The two exchanged emails, and their connection soon developed into a relationship.

They had two weddings

Bradley and Newport got married on Sept. 25, 2016, and held two wedding celebrations, each suited to their preference, Newport told PEOPLE.

Bradley’s was held at Oracle Park, where his favorite team, the San Francisco Giants, plays. The attire was denim jeans, and the menu featured hot dogs and cake pops. The celebration also featured performances by the Goo Goo Dolls and Natasha Bedingfield.

The next day, it was Newport’s turn. The couple officially wed at city hall, followed by a formal sit-down dinner. The Dancing with the Stars band provided the music while Newport, ever the fashionista, wore five outfits: four designer dresses and a pantsuit.

After joining the cast of RHOSLC, she clarified that the couple would not be renewing their vows on TV. “That is actually the kiss of death for a marriage,” she told PEOPLE.

He has two adult children

Bradley has two grown sons from a prior relationship. They have not appeared on the show, and not much is publicly known about them.

“They were adults when I met them,” Newport revealed on the show, noting that one of her stepsons is six months older than her. She added that Bradley doesn’t “love” her sharing that fact because it highlights the couple’s age difference.

“When we were first getting to know each other, I never felt this huge discrepancy in our ages,” she said. “It doesn’t cross my mind.”

Newport is also a mother to her daughter, Gwen, whom she welcomed in a previous relationship.

Newport forgave his “emotional affair”

During one episode of RHOSLC, Newport revealed that Bradley had cheated on her emotionally.

“A couple of years ago, we were on a trip, and he was texting someone on his iPad, and Gwen went to say something to him, and Gwen saw it over his shoulder,” she explained.

Newport explained that when she confronted him, she realized this is a “fatal flaw” of his.

“What’s good for him in business is that he’s never satisfied,” she explained to her costars. “He’s always pushing for the next deal, the best deal, the whatever. And it is hard to turn that off. When you come home, you are always looking.”

“It’s not his fault,” she added. “You’re used to what you’re used to you, you like what you like.”

While he did communicate with another woman, Newport later clarified that Bradley did not physically cheat. “[He] never did anything physical with anybody, it wasn’t this big affair,” she stated on Watch What Happens Live in December 2024. “I was uncomfortable with how much he was talking to somebody who was very flirty with him.”

The couple moved past it with help from a large jewelry purchase. As part of his apology, Bradley presented her with a five-diamond ring, with each rock signifying a new promise to his wife.

Keeping details of the five vows vague, Newport said on the show, “It was five things he didn’t promise me when we got married that he probably should have.”

Newport has said their bond has gotten stronger since the show

Though their marriage was questioned during Newport’s freshman season, going into season 6, the Housewife is feeling better about where she and Bradley stand.

“I also think in his own way, when the ladies and I notice something that was off, Todd was willing to fix it,” she told the New York Post. “And sometimes they said stuff and I was like, no I don’t agree with that and it made me remember all the things I love about him. When you defend someone, you remember all the good things about them.”
