What Time Does ‘Task’ Episode 2 Come Out?
HBO‘s latest Sunday night sensation is the gritty crime drama Task. Created by Mare of Easttown showrunner Brad Ingelsby, the new series is also set in the working class suburbs of Philly. However, rather than focus on one charismatic cop or one grisly case, Task spreads its focus out. We not only follow a task force, but a family man-turned-robber and a pair of ruthless gangsters out for vengeances.
The first episode of Task ended with Robbie Prendergrast (Tom Pelphrey) and his friends caught up in a robbery gone wrong. Four people wind up dead and a little boy stumbles in on the action. Rather than silence the kid in a brutal way, Robbie kidnaps little Sam (Ben Lewis Doherty), bringing him home where his own kids live.
Before the kidnapping, FBI agent Tom Brandis (Mark Ruffalo) and his team were hunting Robbie and his cohorts because they were precipitating a gang war by hitting rival trap houses. Now, the search can only intensify.
So what happens next to Robbie and his family? Will we learn more about what’s going on with Tom and his kids? Is there any hope for a happily ever after? Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch the next episode of Task on HBO and HBO Max…
