NFL Week 1 player props, odds, picks
The Jets are looking to build on a surprisingly strong offensive showing despite a Week 1 loss against the Steelers.
They’ll take on AFC East rival Bills, who had trouble in Week 1 with a quarterback-running back combo that plays a similar way to how Justin Fields orchestrated the Gang Green attack last Sunday.
Despite a thrilling comeback win over the Ravens, Buffalo allowed 238 rushing yards on 29 carries, an average of 8.2 yards an attempt, to Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry and Co. on Sunday night.
The Ravens exploded for 10 runs of at least 10 yards, including three runs of 30+ yard carries.
While they can’t match the all-time combo in the Ravens’ backfield, the Jets showed against the Steelers that they can run a light version of the Baltimore offense.
In that game, the Jets ran for 182 yards, which were the third-most on the week.
Breece Hall had 107 of those yards on the ground and looked spry doing so, giving Jets fans hope after an underwhelming 2024 season.

Hall has proven to be a Bills killer in the past, giving him a solid shot at continuing this hot start.
In 2024, Hall had 158 yards across 42 carries in two games against Buffalo.
Betting on the NFL?
Oddsmakers appear to be playing a wait and see game with Hall, pegging his rushing yard over/under at 57.5.
If Hall continues to be the ball carrier we saw in Week 1, he should top this number more often than not this season, especially this week against this porous Bills rushing defense.
The play: Breece Hall to have more than 57.5 rushing yards (-115, BetMGM Sportsbook)
