‘Cake Boss’ Star Buddy Valastro Offers to Make Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Wedding Cake

Buddy Valastro is a not-so-secret Swiftie!

The Cake Boss star, 48, offered to make Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s wedding cake, less than two weeks after the couple, both 35, announced their engagement.

“You know who to call if you need a wedding cake @taylorswift @killatrav 👀,” the baker wrote in a Sept. 5 post on his Instagram Stories, which was set to the tune of “August” from Swift’s 2020 album, Folklore.

He shared his suggestion alongside a throwback photo of himself smiling with Swift and his daughter, Sofia. Valastro has four children — Sofia, 22, Buddy Jr., 20, Marco, 18, and Carlo, 14 — with his wife of nearly 24 years, Lisa.

The trio posed next to a two-tier cake with a figurine of Swift singing on top in honor of her Speak Now World Tour in 2011 in support of her third studio album, Speak Now.

Sofia had originally posted the photo, and Valastro revealed in the comments section that he’s still a strong member of Swift’s fan base by writing, “Im a swiftie.”

Valastro threw his baker’s hat into the ring after Martha Stewart, 84, volunteered to be Swift and Kelce’s wedding planner.

Shortly after the couple of two years announced their engagement on Aug. 26, Stewart shared a split-screen of a photo from the engagement shoot with a video of herself sipping a glass of white wine, which she called “the nectar of the Gods.” In the caption of the joint post with Martha’s Weddings, the lifestyle entrepreneur jokingly wrote, “🚨 It’s time to call in the ultimate wedding planner 🚨.”

Other celebrities are also getting in on the wedding action. Last week, the band Foreigner made a “formal offer” on Instagram to perform at the engaged couple’s wedding.

“Dear Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, we know what love is,” the British rockers wrote in an “open letter” featuring orange lettering and a mint green background that mirrored The Life of a Showgirl color scheme. “We spent 40 years figuring it out… and now you guys have too. Please accept this as our formal offer to be your wedding band. Best wishes, Foreigner.”
