Travis Kelce pulls Chiefs closer with fourth-quarter touchdown
Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce connected for the Chiefs’ first passing touchdown of the season in a key part of Friday’s game.
On first down with a little over 12 minutes to go in the fourth quarter, Kelce caught a pass past the first-down sticks from Mahomes, going for 37 yards to the end zone to put the Chiefs down by two points against the Chargers in Brazil.
Kansas City then failed on a two-point conversion attempt.

After the grab, Kelce, 35, had 47 passing yards on two catches.
Mahomes took the ball into the end zone himself with an 11-yard rush midway through the third quarter for Kansas City’s first touchdown of the year.
