Courtney Thorne-Smith Kisses New Man 3 Months After Filing for Divorce

Courtney Thorne-Smith is giving love another chance three months after filing for divorce from husband Roger Fishman.

The Melrose Place alum, 57, was spotted kissing a new man while shopping in Los Angeles. In another photo, the pair wrapped their arms around each other as they walked together.

The couple was seen walking alongside each other during their shopping trip.

Courtney Thorne-Smith was seen meeting a mystery man at the World Market store in Westwood.

For the outing, the actress kept it casual in black leggings, a light blue jacket and sneakers. She completed the look with a lavender crossbody bag and sunglasses.

A representative for Thorne-Smith did not immediately return PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The sighting comes three months after Thorne-Smith filed for divorce from Fishman after 18 years of marriage.

Thorne-Smith, who filed the documents without an attorney, cited “irreconcilable differences” in court records obtained by PEOPLE filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on June 17. 

The star also filed for joint custody of the couple’s 17-year-old son, Jacob Emerson, according to the court documents. She additionally requested that the court terminate the option of spousal support for both herself and Fishman.

They have been separated since September 2021, the filing stated.

Prior to her relationship with Fishman, the actress had another brief marriage.

She was married to geneticist Andrew Conrad from 2000-2001, per TMZ. The former couple had no children together.

The actress dated her Melrose Place costar Andrew Shue while filming the popular ‘90s melodrama.

During the Aug. 5, 2024, episode of the Still the Place podcast, Thorne-Smith recalled that while their split was “shockingly not weird,” she and Shue did implement some on-set ground rules post-breakup, notably a “no tongue” kissing rule for their characters.
