Betsy Fore is sharing her secrets!

PEOPLE can exclusively reveal the cover of the Indigenous entrepreneur’s debut book Built on Purpose: Discover Your Deep Inner Why and Manifest the Business of Your Dreams. The helpful read is out in early November from Harper Business.

Fore shares her personal journey as a businesswoman in the book. She discusses the logistics of starting a business, as well as how she discovered her “Deep Inner Why” before sharing it with the world. The book will teach aspiring entrepreneurs about the power of manifestation as applied to creating and building a company. 

“I wrote this book after building two multi-million companies, learning to fail, to heal and to use the power of manifesting along the way,” Fore tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement.

“The tools I share in this book were some of the greatest gifts to the founders I now invest in and I can’t wait to share them with the next company builders,” she continues.

The powerful guide will include business strategies, skills and lessons, as well as deep personal stories and examples from other entrepreneurs.

Fore hopes to spark inspiration among her readers, saying, “I am so excited for builders to discover what makes them motivated through the unlocking of their Deep Inner Why and how to anchor oneself in it so you are building from a deep place of conviction and love.”

“What makes my business book truly so different is that I combine the nuts and bolts of making millions with the spiritual work of manifesting the business of your dreams,” she adds.

“I am also a neurolinguistics programing practitioner, something I pursued initially to heal myself and now I get to share these processes and tools with other builders who long to build from their creator mindset,” the author and founder continues. “We all have an idea in us — the fact that you are reading this is a sign that its time has come.”

Fore now works as the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Velveteen Ventures – a venture capital firm that invests in children and the planet. Previously, she was the co-founder and CEO of Tiny Organics, focused on delivering nutritious meals to babies and toddlers, and the founder of WonderWoof, a dog activity monitor. 

Tiny Organics was a partner of Michelle Obama‘s Veggies Early and Often campaign in 2020.

The mother of three also runs a nonprofit, Natives Rising, that empowers Indigenous technologists and founders.

Fore was once bedridden after a car crash at age 15. She has successfully negotiated a Shark Tank deal and her work has appeared on Oprah’s Favorite Things over the years.
