Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce eyeing $18M Ohio mansion
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce could set down roots in this multi-million dollar Ohio manse that comes complete with a music studio after they tie the knot!
Earlier this summer the now-engaged pair were spotted having lunch at a chic French bistro, JoJo’s, in Chagrin Falls, an idyllic village near Kelce’s hometown of Cleveland Heights. And there was buzz they were house hunting in the area.
Local sources tell us speculation is high that the pair checked out an $18 million mansion in nearby Hunting Valley.
The sprawling estate has plenty to offer, but the real selling point for the couple could be a music studio where Swift could weave some sonic magic.
The property was newly built in 2018 and is relatively untouched, we are told.
The home is for sale after “the husband passed away during COVID,” said an insider, and, “he and his wife had barely lived at the property” after they completed building it.
Set on a spacious 61.26 acres, the 6-bedroom, 13-bathroom estate — built by architect Charles Fazio and yacht interior designer Ari Loar — would give the couple ample privacy and plenty of space to host famous friends like Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid and the Haim sisters, plus Kelce and Swift’s family.
Images of the spread show a large dining room for entertaining, a wine cellar, a billiards room, and — though not named in the listing — what appears to be a movie theater.
Kelce, who could retire from the NFL at the end of the upcoming season, could keep in shape with a golf simulator, home gym, sauna and steam room.
For outdoor entertaining, or perhaps one of Swift’s famous Fourth of July parties, there’s a pool, patio, outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
The house is built in the middle of a densely wooded area offering additional privacy for the famous couple.
A local source notes that the rural area could be great for the couple since there are no paparazzi, as with larger cities.
Chagrin Falls is right nearby offering stunning waterfalls, and plenty of dining options like 17 River Grille, which offers up views of the scenery and the tasty M Italian.
There’s also the local favorite ice cream spot the Popcorn Shop, plus a picturesque town gazebo and the charming Fireside Books.
Cuyahoga Airport, where they could land her jet, is just 20 minutes away, while Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport is around 30.
Another bonus: Swift grew up with horses and the area has several equestrian properties where she could ride or board the beasts.
Kelce grew up nearby in Cleveland Heights, located less than half an hour away.
Swift reportedly owns at least eight homes.
An agent from Zillow had no comment.
Reps for Kelce and Swift did not immediately respond to request for comment.
