On Tuesday afternoon, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement through an Instagram post with various photos of the couple during the proposal, along with the 14-time Grammy winner’s stunning ring.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.” the caption posted of Swift’s account read in a joint post with the Chiefs’ star tight end.
Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany, was one of the first to chime in on the news as she has spent a lot of time with the couple inside and outside of Chiefs games.
“Two of the most genuine people meet & fall in love. Just so happy for these two,” she wrote on an Instagram story along with a smiling crying emjoi and white heart emoji.
Gracie Hunt, daughter of the Kansas City Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt, also shared a reaction on Instagram.
“Congratulations! So happy for you two,” Hunt wrote with a red heart emoji.
The announcement comes after two years of dating for Swift and Kelce.
