TikToker arrested after filming herself running onto field during Angels game
Julia Hill, a TikToker with more than one million followers, said she was “so scared” after spending six hours in an Anaheim jail following her arrest for storming the field at an Angels-Reds game this week.
Hill, who goes by the name “mysteriousjulia” on social media, filmed herself running onto the field Monday night at Angel Stadium, where she was eventually handcuffed while on the ground and escorted out by a police officer and two security security guards.
In the video, Hill was seen filming herself and cheering as she sprinted across the outfield — before it cut to another angle of her being detained.
The video ends with Hill exiting the police station at 2:33 a.m.
“Guys, just got out of jail,” she says. “It’s like 2:23 a.m. I was in jail for, like, six hours. Honestly, I thought I was never coming out for a second. I was so scared.”
Hill captioned the video, “Intrusive thoughts got the better of me.”
Another TikTok video, set to the song “First Day Out” by rapper Tee Grizzley, shows Hill dancing outside of the police station after being released.
Someone in the comments asked, “Girl what were you thinking,” to which Hill replied, “Good question.”
The video of Hill invading the field had over a million likes as of Thursday morning.
Hill did not disclose if she was charged with any crime.
