Don’t panic about Jets’ offense yet, even with training camp struggles
The Jets offense has been shaky this summer, but it’s not time to panic just yet.
Training camp practices and preseason games are not always indicative of what to expect when the regular season arrives.
Remember 2012?
That summer the Jets had Tim Tebow and Mark Sanchez at quarterback, and new offensive coordinator Tony Sparano. The starting offense failed to score a touchdown in the preseason, and the backups scored just one. Then, in Week 1 the Jets scored 48 points against the Bills.
