Three things to watch in Jets’ second preseason game

Here’s what to look for in the Jets’ second preseason game against the Giants on Saturday at MetLife Stadium:

Will the starters play?

Aaron Glenn played his starters last week in Green Bay.

Will he do the same Saturday against the Giants?

He would not say.

From the look of joint practice this week, the starters could use some more work, especially on offense.

Drawing the line

The Giants defensive line ate the Jets up Wednesday.

It would be interesting to see them match up in a game situation.

Rookie right tackle Armand Membou had a tough time with Giants edge rusher Brian Burns.

Dexter Lawrence and Abdul Carter caused problems, too.

Casting a wide net

The Jets need to figure out who is going to make the team at wide receiver.

Allen Lazard (shoulder) is out, which opens up more playing time for others.

Brandon Smith is one player to watch. He’s had a good summer.
