Knife fight between husbands leaves 34-year-old man dead in NYC apartment


A 34-year-old man was fatally stabbed during an early Friday clash with his husband in a Harlem apartment, authorities and sources said.

The man got into a knife fight with his 40-year-old husband inside the home on West 138th Street near Frederick Douglass Boulevard, neighboring the Victory Tabernacle Seventh Day Christian Church, law-enforcement sources said.

He was found dead in the bathroom with multiple stab wounds to his legs, the sources said.

The man, who has not been identified pending family notification, got into a knife fight with his 40-year-old husband inside the apartment on West 138th Street near Frederick Douglass Boulevard, law enforcement sources said.

The man’s husband claimed to cops that he had fallen asleep after their domestic clash, and woke up around 4 a.m. to find his beau lifeless on the toilet, according to sources.

EMS workers pronounced the man dead, and his husband was taken into custody. He was not immediately facing charges, the sources said.

Multiple knives were recovered at the scene, according to the sources.
