Some stars go to super secretive lengths to make sure their cosmetic procedures go undetected

There’s been a trend for celebs being radically open about their cosmetic surgery — but some stars are still CIA-secret about their work.

Page Six has recently heard about one star who is rumored to get delivered to her dermatologist in a UPS crate, so that nobody sees her in the vicinity of a clinic, and we’re told that there’s one surgery center in Hollywood that has no signage, so stars can slip in undetected.

Famed New York surgeon Dr. Ryan Neinstein tells us that — while not everyone is quite that extreme — many stars and their doctors have methods. For example, Neinstein admits that he offers surgery at night, private entrances for highly sensitive clients so they never have to risk being seen in a waiting room, and unmarked recovery rooms. Neinstein says there’s also been “a demand for Sunday surgical visits to stay off the radar.”

Dr. Chris Funderburk, who works with red-carpet regulars, revealed that it’s not unusual for stars to check in under the names of assistants or managers to throw off snoops.

It’s also common for clinics to have underground parking so that stars don’t risk being spotted by paparazzi as they cross the sidewalk from the car.

Post-surgery, many celebs don’t go home at all. Instead, they’re whisked to luxury recovery houses — private estates staffed with nurses, chefs and security guards.

Some of these homes charge more than $2,000 a night and offer five-star post-op care with the discretion of a private island.

As Page Six has previously reported, Neinstein offers a luxury recovery experience at the Plaza Hotel for his VIPs, pampering them with their favorite food and flowers, as well as a 24-hour nurse.

While fans speculate over “sudden glow-ups” and “mysterious transformations,” insiders say the truth is simple: Celebrities are just getting smarter about how they get their surgery done.
