Sydney Sweeney keeps eyes on career amid romance

Sydney Sweeney is keeping her focus on her career amid her whirlwind relationship with music mogul Scooter Braun. 

The “Euphoria” star, 28, was at the Hamptons International Film Festival this past weekend, where she was honored with the Achievement in Acting award for her performance in “Christy.”

The film is getting Oscar buzz for Sweeney’s role as trailblazing female boxer Christy Martin.

While Braun — who helped launched the careers of Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande — was absent from the film festivities, a source tells Page Six that Sweeney was heard praising her new beau’s business savvy.

“She enjoys having someone to ask advice from about her career,” said a source.

We’re told Sweeney also “enjoys spending time” with Braun, 44. But our source cautioned, “Don’t expect any wedding bells… Her number one priority is her career.”

Sweeney has been busy over the last few years with projects ranging from the breakout rom-com “Anyone But You,” to roles in “Madame Web,” “Immaculate,” ‘Eden,” “Echo Valley” and “Americana.” Upcoming projects include “Split Fiction” for Amazon MGM, plus another season of HBO’s “Euphoria.”

She has also fronted ad campaigns for HeyDude footwear, Samsung, Baskin-Robbins and, infamously, American Eagle, and has also worked with Miu Miu, Armani Beauty, Laneige and Dr. Squatch.

A source previously told Page Six that Braun would likely be an asset to Sweeney’s business plans.

“Any restraint in the relationship probably won’t last long when it comes down to his urge to market everything,” the insider told us, further explaining, “he’ll start posting [about her], he’ll probably get more involved in her career.”

According to the source, the pair’s relationship is serious.

“They are full on,” the insider tells us. “It’s not a casual relationship. It’s game on, it’s full throttle. They are together.”

Sweeney and Braun first met at the Bezos-Sanchez wedding in Venice this past June.

Braun shares three children with his ex, Yael Cohen. The pair separated in 2021, and finalized their divorce in 2022.

This is his first public relationship since the split.

Sweeney split from fiancé, Jonathan Davino, earlier this year after seven years together. Davino worked as a producer on two of Sweeney’s films.
