Aaron Phyper’s cousin saw him ‘choke’ and ‘slam’ Denise Richards against a wall

Aaron Phyper’s cousin, Kathleen McAllister, claims she saw him pin his estranged wife, Denise Richards, against a concrete wall and choke her in a bombshell testimony.

McAllister — who worked with Phypers from 2017 to 2022 at his holistic healing center — recalled the alleged “horrific” abuse that occurred in the parking lot of his office in Malibu, Calif., while testifying virtually in court Monday to support Richards’ request for a permanent restraining order against the businessman.

“He was choking her and her head slammed against the [wall] and caused a concussion,” she alleged, per People. “She was just really upset, in pain, disoriented. [I was] concerned she could have died.”

McAllister, a former holistic energy practitioner, also alleged that Richards, 54, and Phypers, 53, had another physical altercation in the bathroom of his office in early 2022.

She claimed to have heard “thrashing” that ultimately led to the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum getting an “injury on her head from [Aaron] slamming her head on the toilet paper rack in the bathroom.”

In a separate incident, McAllister alleged that the Bravolebrity resorted to hiding in the restroom after Phypers “was terrorizing her.”

“I was in my office, and she was texting from the bathroom,” McAllister alleged, noting that there was “a period of escalating abuse” and “yelling and arguing” between the exes from January 2022 to May 2022.

McAllister also recalled the January 2022 incident when Phypers allegedly gave Richards a black eye.

“I saw Aaron hit Denise and immediately she had a really bad black eye,” she claimed. “I’m literally in shock now to this day about it.”

McAllister alleged that Phypers and Richards had been arguing leading up to the physical altercation because the businessman believed the TV personality had put “listening devices” in his office.

She also noted “there was alcohol mixed in” and “[it was an] evening of chaos and arguing [that] kept escalating.”

Additionally, McAllister showed the court how Phypers allegedly placed his hands on Richards using his palm.

McAllister reflected on Phypers’ alleged threats against the Bravo star, admitting that she was also afraid of him, and that he allegedly “threatened to kill” both of them.

“He just would be raging and threatening that if we told anybody, he’d kill us all,” she alleged. “As abuse escalated through the years, he exploited our empathy.”

McAllister described Phypers as an alcoholic, claiming it’s what “fueled the aggression.”

Reps for Phypers did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment on McAllister’s testimony, but he has denied all abuse allegations against him in the past.

“I have not abused her and will not abuse her,” he said in response her temporary restraining order in a September filing, alleging that Richards was the “aggressive one.”

He has also called Richards’ allegations “harmful” and “baseless.”

Richards’ lawyers stated in court that McAllister was “deathly afraid” of Phypers and only agreed to appear in court if she was not on the witness list, People reported.

Richards and Phypers are expected in court this week, per the outlet.

The “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things” alum was granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband in July, days after he filed for divorce.

At the time, Richards, who was married to Phypers for six years, made allegations similar to the ones McAllister echoed in court, stating he would “frequently” abuse her throughout their relationship.
