Who Is Dillon Gabriel’s Fiancée? All About Zo Caswell

Zo Caswell was officially inducted into the NFL wives and girlfriends crew after her fiancé, Dillon Gabriel, signed with the Cleveland Browns in June 2025.

The quarterback has been dating his longtime love since high school, a few years after they met in a seventh-grade orientation class in Hawaii. “We met gardening, funny enough,” Caswell told KOIN in December 2024. “He kept coming closer and closer to me and I was like, ‘Who’s this weird guy?’ ”

In a January 2023 TikTok video, she shared a few more details about their relationship, including how they were long-distance for three years while he played football at the University of Central Florida. When Gabriel transferred to the University of Oklahoma, he asked Caswell to move with him.

She did, and two years later, he popped the question.

So who is Dillon Gabriel’s fiancée? Here’s everything to know about Zo Caswell and her relationship with the professional quarterback.

Caswell is from Hawaii 

Like Gabriel, Caswell is also from Hawaii. According to her LinkedIn profile, she grew up in Honolulu and felt “extremely grateful” for her island upbringing that exposed her to “diverse cultures and unique local practices.”

On her Instagram, Caswell occasionally shares pictures of her trips back to Hawaii. In April 2022, she wrote in a caption that she had “never been more excited” to go home.

They met in middle school 

Caswell and Gabriel first crossed paths during the summer between sixth and seventh grade. She told KOIN that they were both new students and met during an orientation class. Though they briefly dated in middle school, they got together for good in their junior year of high school.

Six months before graduation, Gabriel left Hawaii to go play football for UCF in Orlando, Fla.

Caswell told her TikTok followers that they “were kinda off and on” during that time and did long distance for three years. In January 2022, he asked her to move with him to Oklahoma after he transferred to OU.

She studied business administration

The Hawaiian native graduated with her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in May 2023, according to her LinkedIn. She also studied business at the University of Oklahoma from 2022 to 2023.

In August 2023, she began as a master’s student at Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo College of Business, wrapping up her degree in 2025.

In addition to her studies, Caswell creates content for Instagram and TikTok. Her game day outfits and vlogs have earned her thousands of followers on Instagram and TikTok.

Caswell and Gabriel got engaged in 2024

Caswell and Gabriel announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post in September 2024. Alongside a series of sweet pics from the proposal, they captioned the post, “9/1/2024 🤍.”

In a February 2025 TikTok video, she revealed that they were planning to get married during the summer of 2026.

“It’s far out but we’ve been so busy that it seems like that’s the best time,” she said.

Caswell added that since Gabriel is Catholic, they planned on having a wedding in the Catholic church and also a bigger, “more traditional” wedding the following day.

She’s attended many of his games

Since they were in high school, Caswell has been a staple at Gabriel’s games. Though she’s been rooting for him in the stands for most of her fiancé’s career, she told KOIN that she still gets “anxious” and “stressed out” watching him play.

“I’m a mess, honestly,” she told the outlet. “Everything goes through my mind, but it is fun at the same time and obviously when you get the win at the end of the day it’s the best.”

Gabriel told KOIN that he’s so grateful to have someone to come home to who “understands you for being you.”

Gabriel said he’s “lucky” to be with her

Gabriel hasn’t held back when it comes to sharing his love for his long-time partner. In a February 2024 post celebrating Caswell’s birthday, the professional quarterback wrote that he “couldn’t imagine” his life without her.

“I love growing with you and making memories we will tell our kids about,” he wrote alongside a series of photos with Caswell. “Through the ups and downs of life I feel like I can come to you and just be. No words even need to be said, you just know me. More memories, more love, more life and most importantly more everytinggggg. I’m blessed and lucky I get to love you and be your other half ❤️.”

Caswell shared a similar sentiment in a December 2024 Instagram post celebrating Gabriel’s third-place finish, per The Register-Guard, at the Heisman Trophy Awards in New York City.

“I can’t express enough how proud I am of you,” she wrote in the caption. “Going to events like this reminds me of how incredible your journey as a player and a person has been. You inspire me everyday. I am so honored to be by your side and share this life with you❤️.”
