Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, More Stars Attend Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s Wedding

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco‘s wedding was an A-list affair!

The couple of two years tied the knot in California on Saturday, Sept. 27, and the guest list featured a number of their famous friends.

Gomez’s Only Murders in the Building sidekicks Steve Martin and Martin Short attended and even joined forces to give a speech at the rehearsal dinner. From the music world, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Finneas, SZA and Camila Cabello came out to support the couple on their big day. Mark Ronson DJed, and Swift, 35, and Sheeran, 34, gave speeches at the reception.

Other celebs in attendance included Paris Hilton, Paul Rudd, Cara Delevingne, Eric André, Gomez’s Emilia Pérez costars Zoe Saldaña and Édgar Ramírez, as well as several Wizards of Waverly Place cast members.

A source close to Gomez, 33, and Blanco, 37, tells PEOPLE that the wedding celebration was a lively one.

“Everyone was letting loose and celebrating them well into the night. The vibe was so much fun,” the insider says. “They were glowing all night, and both Selena and Benny couldn’t stop smiling. There was so much love in the room.”

Gomez announced the news of her marriage via an Instagram post on Saturday, sharing a series of photos of herself and Blanco with the simple caption: “🤍 9.27.25 🤍.” The photos showed the bride and groom in their Ralph Lauren wedding attire as they held hands, embraced and kissed.

On Sunday, Sept. 28, Blanco shared his own Instagram post, also featuring photos from the couple’s special day — including one that highlighted Gomez’s massive wedding veil. He captioned the post, “I married a real life disney princess,” in a nod to his wife’s Disney Channel days.

Before the couple’s wedding day, several celebrities hinted that they were on the star-packed guest list.

After Gomez announced her engagement to Blanco on Instagram on Dec. 11, 2024, Swift commented, “Yes I will be the flower girl.” Other famous friends who shared their congratulations include Jennifer Aniston, Ashley Benson, Mariska Hargitay, Lil Nas X, Suki Waterhouse, Gwyneth Paltrow, Cardi B and Lily Collins.

Four months ago in May, Sheeran — who has collaborated with Blanco on several songs — revealed while taking part in Vanity Fair‘s “Lie Detector Test” series that he had already scored a wedding invite.

During Gomez’s appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Sept. 9, the “Good For You” singer shared that her Only Murders in the Building costar Short, 75, would be “the ring bearer.”

“I just adore her. I’m so happy that she’s getting married to this fabulous guy, Benny Blanco, who’s just one of the great, cool guys and funny and loose, and she adores him,” Short gushed of Gomez to Amy Poehler, 54, on the Sept. 9 episode of the Good Hang with Amy Poehler podcast. “I’m just thrilled for her happiness.”

Earlier that month, Short and costar Martin, 80, teased to Extra that they had “the perfect wedding gift.”

Gomez’s former Wizards of Waverly Place and current Wizards Beyond Waverly Place costar David Henrie, 36, also spoke up about the wedding in the months leading up to the starry celebration. First, he disclosed to Parade in August that he would “100%” attend the wedding, and was “very excited.”

The Disney star told PEOPLE in September that he and his wife, Maria Cahill, “talked a lot” about wedding planning with Gomez and Blanco as they were organizing their big day. He explained, “Because [there’s] so many different ways to go with a wedding these days, and so much that goes into it that [you’ve] got to know what you want.”

That same month, Nicky Hilton, 41, let it slip to Access Hollywood that her sister Paris, 44, was on the wedding guest list. “Aren’t you attending that? Nicky asked at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards. “Yeah, I wasn’t going to say that, but I don’t know. I wasn’t planning on it,” Paris responded.

Gomez and Blanco publicly confirmed their relationship in December 2023, six months after the I Said I Love You First… And You Said It Back collaborators started dating.
