Vote Now on the Sexiest Guys of the Year!

Every year, the PEOPLE staff fields questions about who our Sexiest Man Alive is going to be — and when it’s clear we’ll never tell, we then receive strongly held opinions about who we should consider for the cover. And that’s not limited to our friends! We’re already getting celebrity campaigners for the title: Stephen Colbert nominated himself from the podium after winning his Emmy last week.

That’s why we introduced PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive Readers’ Choice poll, to give you a chance to make your voice heard as we put together our issue. From the hottest up-and-coming heartthrobs to the “green flag” fictional characters that have your heart racing, from the sexiest “Sally” to get on stage with Role Model this year to the game show host that would have you betting it all, we need your votes. Pick a guy in each category, submit your email, and you’ll have gotten your favorite cat dad, 40-year-old or TikTok star one step closer to victory.

Last year’s poll got contentious — with some very dedicated campaigning on the parts of nominees including Role Model, Jimmy Fallon and Mark Consuelos. Shirts were made, attack ads were run, people’s grandmas got involved, celeb guys nominated themselves as write-in candidates and former Sexiest Men Alive weighed in on their picks. Swag was sent to nominees, and we got some very silly moments with the recipients.
