Julia Fox Brings Son Valentino, 4, to ‘Him’ Premiere

Julia Fox just shared a sweet red carpet moment with her son.

On Wednesday, Sept. 17, the actress, 35, stepped out for the premiere of her horror movie Him in Los Angeles alongside her 4-year-old son, Valentino.

For the event, Fox wore a black-and-white polka-dot corseted top and matching skirt. The look featured a 3D polka-dot accent around the hips and a matching oversize hat with a large pink feather adhered to it.

The Uncut Gems star also sported a pin-up-inspired makeup look and curly updo.

Valentino, meanwhile, kept it casual in a red Adidas shirt, white shorts and brown sneakers. He also carried a football with the name of his mom’s new movie printed on it.

The mother-son duo posed for photos, with Valentino adorably squinting from the bright lights of the cameras.

In 2024, Fox told Variety that she wants her son to embrace the title of nepo baby.

The author and model told the outlet that she believes keeping your kids out of the spotlight as a public figure is “almost like a disservice.”

“It’s like I have this very highly coveted thing [and] I want to share that with my son,” she explained. “We need him to be a nepo baby, and he needs to own it too.”

Added Fox, “He can’t be like, ‘I’m not really a nepo baby,’ he needs to be like, ‘Yes I’m a nepo baby, and what?'”

The actress has previously brought Valentino, whom she shares with ex Peter Artemiev, as her plus-one to several star-studded events. At Milan Fashion Week in February 2023, she carried the then-2-year-old on her hip.

In a recent wide-spanning interview with PEOPLE, Fox reflected on why she’s been so transparent about everything from plastic surgery to her past struggles with addiction.

“People aren’t dumb,” she said. “People are going to know. So is it worse to lie about it or to just be honest about it?”

“You just look dumb by trying to be like, ‘No, I’ve only ever had a little bit of Botox,’” she continued. “It’s like, ‘Bitch, please!’ Come on. No one is buying that. I am sorry.”

Fox added: “I will say that I am constantly so impressed with people’s ability to be detectives on the internet. With just the little information and the little tidbits, they put it together in a way that I’m just so in awe.”

The star has also shared her plastic surgery regrets. In a profile for Allure published on Aug. 19, Fox said she underwent cosmetic procedures in the past in order to appeal to men.

“It’s super important when you become famous or a public figure to be transparent,” she told the outlet. “Now, when I see someone and I can tell they’ve never done anything … I wish I could go back and be that person. I was so hung up on this idea that I needed to be attractive to men so that I could survive.”

Fox has previously shared that she’s had Botox, liposuction, a rhinoplasty and veneers, but says she doesn’t have any current plans for future procedures. “I probably will [get more work done one day], but I’m just not as concerned with it right now,” she said.
