NYC lesbian bar hater praises Kirk killing, hints at ‘copycat’ in mass of emails sent just days after court-ordered mental health program
A notorious “woke” crusader who launched a bizarre hate campaign against lesbian bars praised Charlie Kirk’s assassination as “lovely” and hinted at a potential “copycat” — in one of roughly 100 emails sent days after she completed a court-mandated mental health program.
The mass of missives were allegedly sent by Anne Marie Bompart in the span of just a few weeks beginning in late August, and despite her own mother begging her to stop, according to new court filings.
“Lovely to hear about Charlie Kirk by the way,” Bompart — echoing her past exaltations of accused killer Luigi Mangione — wrote in a Sept. 12 email to Cubbyhole bar manager Vic Smith, his attorney, Manhattan court clerks and The Post’s tip line.
“I heard that certain crimes can cause copycats…,” the ominous message read.
In another email, Bompart bizarrely shared a screenshot of a text she said was from her mother.
“Please do not post/email anything more,” the mom begged, “enough damage has been done.”
Many of the messages could be in violation of a past court order, which could possibly result in years of jail time for the unhinged woman, attorney Tom Shanahan, who submitted the filing, claimed.
Police have already received at least one new criminal harassment complaint regarding the emails, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
Bompart was first sued nearly a year ago by West Village lesbian watering hole Henrietta Hudson — later joined by Cubbyhole — for launching a “woke” social media campaign claiming the bars were racist.
Judge James d’Auguste, presiding over the original civil case, asked that a criminal jurist order Bompart to undergo a 72-hour psychiatric exam just prior to her January arrest on multiple counts of stalking and aggravated harassment.
But Manhattan Criminal Court judge Louis Nock declined, sending Bompart to a 12-week court mental health program instead.
Bompart’s criminal case was dismissed when she completed the “Pathways” program in August — and she wasted no time getting behind the keyboard to pick up where she left off, court filings claim.
“She behaved for about one week after her criminal proceeding was dismissed before engaging in the most egregious conduct,” Shanahan wrote in the court document.
At least 60 of the emails could violate a past order barring Bompart from contacting Smith, which would result in a sentence of more than four years behind bars, according to Shanahan’s filing.

“I had a great experience at the Midtown Community Court,” Bompart said in a Sept. 12 email, two weeks into her new barrage. “I truly learned a lot.”
Some of the emails suggest that Bompart knew what she was doing — and that it was wrong.
“I do highly regret the violent threats I made against the members of my LGBT community,” she wrote on Friday — just hours after she praised Kirk’s assassination.
On Sunday at 3:03 a.m., Bompart wrote how she was “fully aware” that she should not have emailed Smith, adding, “I’m willing to learn from my mistakes at a pretty rapid rate.”
Bompart’s lawyer, Gerard Lucciola, did not respond to a request for comment.
In an email send Monday from her work account at a personal injury law firm, Bompart told a Post photographer and Shanahan “I soooo can’t wait until you die. I’m gonna throw a party, find your grave & deface it every single year, and etc.”
After reaching out to the firm for comment, Bompart called a Post reporter and said “stop contacting my f—ing employer.”
In a series of subsequent emails, Bompart apologized, said her Kirk comment was “sarcastic,” and that her messages were “incendiary on purpose.”
“I am not capable of anything violent!” Bompart added. “Like I said. God.”
