Aaron Glenn is living up to his Jets culture promise

The word “culture” has become overused in sports.

When teams are bad, we say they have a bad culture instead of just saying they might have bad players. When new coaches are hired, we talk about how they can change the culture.

But culture is a hard thing to define. It reminds me of what Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart said in 1964 about obscenity, “I know it when I see it.”

On Wednesday, we saw the new Jets culture.
