Nicholas Hoult, Kaya Scodelario, Daniel Kaluuya and More ‘Skins’ Stars Reunite at Wedding

A wedding ceremony became a Skins reunion!

Nicholas Hoult, Kaya Scodelario, Daniel Kaluuya and Joe Dempsie reunited at a wedding over the weekend. The actors played Tony Stonem, Effy Stonem, Posh Kenneth and Chris Miles, respectively, in the long-running British teen drama series.

“The way I used to pray for brothers growing up — knowing I have you all now is everything ❤️,” Scodelario, 33, wrote on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Sept. 7, alongside a group photo.

In another cozy group wedding shot outside, she wrote, “Ladz.”

The wedding was between Yasmine Evans and George Ashwell, the latter of whom has worked as a physical trainer with many actors, according to his IMDb page. He worked with Hoult, 35, on his 2016 film Collide, and Kaluuya, 36, on his 2019 film Queen & Slim.

Skins ended 12 years ago, and aired from 2007 to 2013. The series followed a group of friends around the U.K. as they navigated their messy teenage years, touching on similar tropes as U.S. teen dramas such as drugs, sex and self-discovery.

The show casted local up-and-coming actors, and has been lauded as one that launched the careers of multiple stars. Other cast members included Mike Bailey (Sid Jenkins), Hannah Murray (Cassie Ainsworth) and April Pearson (Michelle Richardson), to name a few.

Back in June, Scodelario had a mini Skins reunion with Ollie Barbieri (JJ Jones), Kathryn Prescott (Emily Fitch), Megan Prescott (Katie Fitch) and Klariza Clayton (Karen McClair) in celebration of the Prescotts’ birthday.

“Happy birthday Meg & Kat… the last time we were together we were all a lil bit younger, little bit dumber & hadn’t had the pleasure of waking up with sore knees… love you all xx Y2K 4 EVA,” Scodelario wrote on Instagram at the time.
