Here’s the latest scoop on Ed Sheeran.

The “Perfect” singer is collaborating with Van Leeuwen on a music-inspired flavor. Starting on Wednesday, Sept. 10, the Grammy winner’s dessert, Play Pink ice cream, will be available in honor of Sheeran’s highly anticipated album Play, out Friday, Sept. 12.

The neon-colored sweet is punch-flavored, swirled with dragonfruit and guava cake and is the “pinkest ice cream” the ice cream chain has ever made, according to a press release. The color and taste is meant to be a “playful nod to the aesthetic and spirit of the album.”

Play Pink ice cream will be available at most New York City scoop shops for a limited time.

This isn’t the first time that the creamery, known for its unique flavors, paid homage to a musician. Sabrina Carpenter turned her music into her own dessert with Van Leeuwen last summer. The pop star created an espresso-flavored ice cream that was aptly inspired by her hit song “Espresso.”

Last month, Sheeran released his latest single from the album called “A Little More.” Sheeran tapped Rupert Grint for the song’s music video, 14 years after the Harry Potter actor first graced the 2011 “Lego House” video, where he played a Sheeran superfan-stalker.

The new video continues the storyline as Grint attends Stalkers Anonymous to get over his Sheeran obsession. Wherever he goes, Sheeran is there, and Grint’s obsession seems to have turned into an aversion.

He previously released “Old Phone” and “Azizam,” which will also be featured on Play. Play will follow 2023’s (pronounced Subtract) and Autumn Variations.
