Kelley Wolf has entered rehab, PEOPLE can confirm.
The Real World: New Orleans alum, 48, is seeking treatment as she faces three charges amid her divorce from Scott Wolf, according to multiple sources.
Kelley previously appeared in court on Tuesday, Sept. 2, when she told a district court judge her plans to enter a rehabilitation treatment center.
The move came after she was charged with doxxing and electronically harassing her estranged husband. Kelley faces a total of three misdemeanor charges — one charge of misdemeanor electronic communications harassment stemming from an incident with Scott, 57, on Aug. 25, and two charges of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information connected to events that transpired on Aug. 26.
All three charges are marked domestic violence-related, per the presiding judge and court records obtained by PEOPLE.

During her arraignment, Kelley said, “I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending a [treatment center] starting on Sept. 12.”
“This is what was asked of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf now for six months — all I wanted to do was leave a marriage,” she continued. “I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I’m looking forward to it. My brother is taking me. It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so Sept. 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps.”
Kelley shared her plans after Judge Janet Elledge denied Summit County, Utah’s leading prosecutor Wendy Crossland’s request for proof of compliance with the pre-trial release conditions of her bail, which stipulated that she participate in drug and narcotic testing and participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological or psychiatric treatment before her next hearing on Sept. 30.
The judge did not rule on the prosecutor’s previous request that Kelley be barred from posting on social media as a condition of her release, which expired at midnight on Sept. 2.
Kelley entering rehab takes place less than two weeks after she was arrested and taken to jail.
Kelley was arrested and taken to Summit County Jail on Aug. 26, on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.
The arrest took place after the reality star apparently spent the days prior sharing a series of increasingly confrontational posts to her Instagram, which allegedly doxxed her friends and family members. One post included Scott’s personal phone number, and some posts also included communication with her and Scott’s three minor children — Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
The posts, in addition to contributing to the alleged online harassment, violated the pair’s temporary stipulated agreement granted on Aug. 26, which contained a social media and press gag order for them to not post about each other, their marriage, their children or their divorce. (The estranged pair is also barred from making disparaging remarks about the other parent to the children, either verbally or in writing.)
Prior to being taken to jail, Kelley had addressed her arrest on her Instagram Stories. “The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why,” she wrote, in part. “I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing. I am so scared. So confused.”
Kelley was later charged with two class B misdemeanors for electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and one class B misdemeanor for electronic communications harassment on Aug. 28. She was released from jail later that day.
A condition of her release stipulated that Kelley must not “consume any alcohol or narcotic drug or other controlled substance unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner” and that she must also “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.”
Kelley is also not allowed to communicate, threaten, harass or enter Scott’s home with their children.
Scott recently filed a new temporary restraining order against Kelley
Also on Aug. 26, Judge Richard Mrazik ordered Kelley to not have any direct or indirect contact with Scott or their three children, according to the protective order that was reviewed by PEOPLE.
Documents said Kelley cannot “commit, try to commit or threaten to commit any form of violence” against Scott or the kids, including “stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing any other form of abuse that could cause bodily injury.”
The “only” time Kelley can have contact with Scott is during mediation sessions scheduled with a “Court Qualified Mediator” regarding their divorce or custody. Otherwise, she must remain at least 300 feet away from her ex.
The saga began when Kelley announced her split from Scott.
The ordeal began through a June 10 Instagram post, in which Kelley announced she and her husband of 21 years were separating. At the time, she called Scott “one of the best fathers I’ve ever known and one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with.”
“He is kind, thoughtful, funny, and beautiful in spirit,” Kelly continued, before she reflected on their three kids.
“We both look forward to an extraordinary life centered around the most extraordinary children. My priority has always been their wellbeing — and my own healing. That will never change,” she added.

Scott, meanwhile, told PEOPLE in a statement that he was the one to file for divorce, as he called it “the most difficult decision of my life.”
“Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter,” the Party of Five star said.
