The 20-by-18-foot cabin-style tiny home is built from durable materials, including metal, wood, and steel. According to the seller, it comes with plumbing and electricity installed, making the home livable right after it’s assembled. They also shared that the walls are insulated and soundproofed, so the home is comfortable year-round and has privacy between rooms. There are also double-paned windows throughout that let in plenty of natural light. 

In the main living area on the first floor, you’ll find a kitchenette with a two-burner induction stove, a refrigerator, and a cabinet for pantry staples. And for home cooks, there is countertop space to whip up your favorite meals. 

The layout also includes a separate bedroom and bathroom, while the open living room has room for a sofa, TV stand, bookcase, and more. Plus, there’s a front porch and a second-story balcony to relax outdoors and host family and friends.

Buyers can work with the seller to personalize the layout before production begins. You can swap out bathroom fixtures, windows, flooring, wall paneling, and even larger details like a second bedroom or a side patio (for an additional cost).
