Thorne-Smith, who filed the documents without an attorney, cited “irreconcilable differences” in court records obtained by PEOPLE filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on June 17.
The star also filed for joint custody of the couple’s 17-year-old son, Jacob Emerson, according to the court documents. She additionally requested that the court terminate the option of spousal support for both herself and Fishman.
