The “Fine Line” singer and the Caught Stealing actress sparked dating rumors in August 2025, when they were spotted walking arm and arm in Rome. Since then, they’ve been seen together several times in London and New York City.

While neither the singer nor actress have confirmed their romance, Styles has previously shared why he won’t comment on the status of his relationships.

“I’ve never talked about my life away from work publicly and found that it’s benefited me positively,” he told Rolling Stone in August 2022. “There’s always going to be a version of a narrative, and I think I just decided I wasn’t going to spend the time trying to correct it or redirect it in some way.”

Styles and Kravitz have both had several high-profile relationships in recent years. The Don’t Worry Darling actor dated Olivia Wilde for two years before sparking romance rumors with Emily Ratajkowski and Taylor Russell. Styles and Kravitz have been romantically linked since August 2025, when they were spotted together in Rome. They sparked dating rumors after being seen walking arm and arm together on a stroll, as seen in an Aug. 24 video shared by a fan on X.

Just one day later on Aug. 25, Deuxmoi reported that the pair had been spotted kissing at Rita’s in London the week prior.

More recently, they further fueled romance speculation on Sept. 3, when they were photographed holding hands while taking a walk in Brooklyn, N.Y.

They are “spending time” together

In August 2025, a few days after the pair were seen kissing at Rita’s in London, a source gave PEOPLE a status check on their relationship.

“He’s been spending time with her while she’s been on her press run,” the insider said.

While neither have confirmed the romance speculation themselves, Styles previously shared that having his photo taken with someone doesn’t mean they are in a relationship.

“Sometimes people say, ‘You’ve only publicly been with women,’ and I don’t think I’ve publicly been with anyone,” Styles told Rolling Stone. “If someone takes a picture of you with someone, it doesn’t mean you’re choosing to have a public relationship or something.”

Styles has discussed the difficulties of dating in the public eye

During a March 2020 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, the “As It Was” singer got candid about his love life, explaining that it can be difficult to date with his level of fame.

“It’s always kind of a balance thing … because you want to date normally but then, you also want to protect it so it can be normal,” he said, explaining that it’s not really a “normal date” to sneak through the back door of a restaurant.

“I think a big part of it is like, you want to be able to spend enough time with each other where you can get to know each other before you have to deal with all of the extra stuff,” he added.

In his conversation with Rolling Stone, Styles also discussed why commentary from fans on social media adds another layer of difficulty.

“Can you imagine going on a second date with someone and being like, ‘OK, there’s this corner of the [fanbase], and they’re going to say this, and it’s going to be really crazy, and they’re going to be really mean, and it’s not real. But anyway, what do you want to eat?’ ” he said.

Styles added, “It’s obviously a difficult feeling to feel like being close to me means you’re at the ransom of a corner of Twitter or something. I just wanted to sing. I didn’t want to get into it if I was going to hurt people like that.”

Kravitz has shared her philosophy on dating

In February 2022, Kravitz was asked during an interview with Elle whether she feels optimistic about love — leading her to get candid about her philosophy on dating and romance.

“I feel optimistic about life, and I think that comes hand in hand with it,” she said. “All my relationships in life—my friendships, my romantic relationships, my family—the journey is learning how to show up honestly. Sometimes we can’t show up, and that’s okay as long as we know how to communicate that we love those people.”

Elsewhere in his conversation with Howard Stern, Styles shared his thoughts on marriage. When Stern asked if he could picture a world in which he was “married and devoted to one person,” Styles said he would “like to be.”

“It’s definitely what I would like to do,” the singer said. “I’d like to think I would want that at some point.”

Meanwhile, Kravitz was previously engaged to Tatum. Multiple sources confirmed their split to PEOPLE in October 2024.

After they parted ways, the actress addressed their breakup in a February 2025 interview with Elle and expressed gratitude for their relationship.

“I care for him very much,” she said, adding that she’s “so grateful” for the journey they shared working together on Blink Twice.
