This Quince Dress Looks Designer but Costs Less

That’s likely because of the fabric — modal, used in the Skims dress, is thinner and can appear sheer in the light, while Tencel — the option used in Quince’s style — tends to have a denser weave that offers more coverage. 

It offers a flattering maxi length, adjustable cami straps for customizable support, and a square neckline that’s modern yet polished. It’s available in six colors: black, wine, navy, heather gray, dark olive, and carbon gray in sizes XS to XL. The brand also makes a plus-size version ranging from 1X to 3X in two fall-forward neutrals: brown and heather gray. All sizes are dyed without the use of harmful chemicals and are easy to machine wash and dry on a low setting. 

Shoppers loved how “buttery soft” and “stretchy” the dress is, as well as how easily it can be styled for any occasion.
