Drake Gives Bobbi Althoff NSFW Nickname During Interview in Bed

Bobbi Althoff has returned to podcasting with a brand new show, Not This Again.

For her debut episode, she sat down with Drake to unpack their infamous drama after he was a guest on her The Really Good Podcast in 2023.

The pair recorded themselves chatting in a bed, just as they did in the since-deleted episode of Althoff’s previous show. During their latest discussion, which was released on Tuesday, Sept. 2, the hostess, 28, began by bluntly asking her guest, “Why did you hate me?”

Though the “Hotline Bling” singer, 38, denied harboring any specifically hateful feelings toward Althoff, he recalled how they got in a “tiff” the night of one of his concerts, which led to their falling out. She admitted that her first encounters with Drake aligned with a “very big turning point” in her life.

“I had a very different life before and after I met you, and a lot of people just assume it’s because of you and only you,” said Althoff. “I think I let a lot of those comments influence me … when that interview happened, to be like, ‘Oh, maybe this was the end of my life.’ But actually, it was single-handedly probably the best thing to ever happen to me and my kids.”

She continued to refer to the end of her four-year marriage with ex-husband Cory, with whom Althoff shares two children. He filed for divorce in February 2024, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Their split was finalized months later, in August.

Over an hour into the interview, the two discussed how their reunion on Althoff’s new podcast was actually Drake’s idea in the first place.

“I was very shocked to hear from you again, ’cause we’ve only talked once since our little falling out,” she admitted.

Their conversation took a spontaneous pivot from there, with Drake asking what Althoff’s name would be if she were a superhero. He then answered his own question with a suggestive idea: “BBC girl,” he joked, and she quickly denied the label. Drake continued to riff on his NSFW comment, and Althoff flipped him off in response.

The podcaster took the opportunity to dispel rumors about her sex life, specifically speculation that she’s “slept with anybody who’s done an interview with me,” Althoff said, later asking Drake, “How do I clear up this rumor? What should I say to clear up this rumor?”

The two continued to joke about Althoff’s reputation until they ultimately decided to wrap the episode. Once again, she asked Drake’s opinion on how they should conclude. Instead of giving his serious opinion, the musician leaned in for a kiss.

“Whatever we do is gonna set the precedent for every interview after,” she said before pulling away. “That’s not what I want to happen every single interview. Can you imagine that being the thing?”
