‘Downton Abbey’ star Michelle Dockery expecting first baby with husband Jasper Waller-Bridge

Michelle Dockery is expecting her first child with husband Jasper Waller-Bridge.

The actress, 43, made the announcement by showing off her growing baby bump in a flowing, sky blue off the shoulder gown with a matching transparent cape at the “Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale” premiere on Wednesday evening.

Dockery beamed while arriving at the red carpet event in London’s Leicester Square alongside Waller-Bridge — the brother of “Fleabag” creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge — who donned a black suit with a dark blue shirt and tie for the occasion.

Dockery accessorized with jeweled earrings and metallic pump heels, and was seen stepping onto the carpet while an assistant gathered the elegant folds of her dress to help her pose.

A rep for the actress did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The English actress is best known for playing beloved character Lady Mary Crawley in the lavish drama series, which began airing on ITV back in 2010.

Jasper, 37, and Dockery announced their engagement in 2022.

“The engagement is announced between Jasper, son of Michael Waller-Bridge of King’s Lynn, Norfolk, and Teresa Waller-Bridge of Battersea, London, and Michelle Dockery, younger daughter of Michael and Lorraine Dockery of Gidea Park, Essex,” a formal announcement in the Times read.

Dockery — a favorite on the Julian Fellowes period drama from its inception — was previously engaged to John Dineen, who died following a cancer battle in 2015 at the age of 34.

In a 2023 interview, the ultra-private actress said she considered herself a “widow” following his untimely death.

“We were engaged, and married at heart, and so I do consider myself a widow,” she told the Guardian in a rare 2017 interview, adding that she “related” to her character Alice — also a widow — from “Godless.”

“That’s the first time I’ve said that, and it’s a bit of a relief to say so,” she divulged. “But of course. She was a young widow, and I connected with her.”
