Meghan Markle Reveals Personal Playlist After Sharing Lilibet’s Car Requests

Meghan Markle is playing DJ!

The Duchess of Sussex, 44, shared some of the songs that “kept the vibe alive” on the set of With Love, Meghan in a Sept. 1 Instagram post.

“Filming season two of With Love, Meghan was more fun than you can imagine,” she wrote in the caption. “Part of how we kept the vibe alive? Music. Between setups, I would play a song from my phone, and today I wanted to share some of the favorites I kept on rotation! Add them to your playlist, press shuffle, and enjoy!”

Upbeat throwback hits made up a majority of the selection, from King Harvest’s “Dancing in the Moonlight” to Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody.”

The playlist accompanied never-before-seen photos from the set of With Love, Meghan, including the first photos of her children — Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4 — visiting. The snaps included Lili sitting in a director’s chair and Archie using a clapperboard.

Music was brought up during her conversation with Tan France during the second season of With Love, Meghan, where she shared that “one of the things I miss the most about the U.K.” was a radio station called Magic FM.

The Queer Eye star replied, “Wow. Now, um, sorry to say this to you publicly, but that’s such a grandma station.”

Meghan said, “I’ll be that grandma. My favorite station in my car is called Mom Jeans. These are throwback, great sing-along, you forget they existed. I love it.”

According to the SiriusXM website, “If you like soft vintage rock and pop hits from the late ’80s and early ’90s from artists like Cher, Janet Jackson, Celine Dion, and Dan Hartman, then the SiriusXM app-exclusive channel Mom Jeans is the perfect fit.”

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE earlier this year, the Duchess of Sussex also shared her affinity for the station known for “nonstop vintage soft rock and pop.”

She told PEOPLE that even her kids get in on the fun.

“While it used to be all Kidz Bop all the time in the car,” she said. “Now for drop off and pick up, even Lili will say, ‘Can we listen to Mama Jeans?’ I’m like, it’s Mom Jeans, but yes, we sure can!”

On the first season of With Love, Meghan, she gave some other insights into her music taste. She said she was listening to “a lot of ‘70s soft rock and a lot of yacht rock and a lot of soul. And French dinner party music.”
