Kelley Wolf appeared in court on Tuesday, Sept. 2, revealing to a district court judge that she plans to enter a rehabilitation treatment center after being arrested and charged with doxxing and electronically harassing her estranged husband, Scott Wolf.

“I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending a [treatment center] starting on September 12,” the Real World alum, 48, said during her arraignment.

Kelley faces a total of three misdemeanor charges amid her contentious divorce from Scott, 57: one charge of misdemeanor electronic communications harassment stemming from an incident on Aug. 25, and two charges of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information connected to events that transpired on Aug. 26.

All three charges are marked domestic violence-related, per the presiding judge and court records obtained by PEOPLE.

“This is what was asked of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf now for six months — all I wanted to do was leave a marriage,” Kelley continued during the hearing. “I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I’m looking forward to it. My brother is taking me. It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps.”

Kelley shared her plans after Judge Janet Elledge denied Summit County, Utah’s leading prosecutor Wendy Crossland’s request for proof of compliance with the pre-trial release conditions of her bail, which stipulated that she participate in drug and narcotic testing and participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological or psychiatric treatment before her next hearing on Sept. 30.

The judge did not rule on the prosecutor’s previous request that Kelley be barred from posting on social media as a condition of her release, which expires at midnight on Tuesday.

Kelley’s court appearance took place a week after she was arrested and taken to jail on Aug. 26.

The reality star was arrested and taken to Summit County Jail in the late hours of Aug. 26 on suspicion of electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.

Kelley’s arrest occurred after she spent the days prior sharing a series of increasingly confrontational posts to her Instagram, which doxxed her friends and family members, including posting Scott’s personal phone number. Some posts also included communication with her and Scott’s three minor children — Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

The posts, in addition to contributing to the alleged online harassment, violated the pair’s temporary stipulated agreement granted on Aug. 26, which contained a social media and press gag order for them to not post about each other, their marriage, their children or their divorce. The estranged pair is also barred from making disparaging remarks about the other parent to the children, either verbally or in writing.

Prior to being taken to jail, Kelley had addressed her arrest on her Instagram Stories. “The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why,” she wrote, in part. “I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing. I am so scared. So confused.”

Kelley was later charged with two class B misdemeanors for electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and one class B misdemeanor for electronic communications harassment on Aug. 28. She was released from jail later that day.

A condition for her release stipulated that Kelley must not “consume any alcohol or narcotic drug or other controlled substance unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner” and that she must also “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.”

She’s also not allowed to communicate, threaten, harass or enter Scott’s home with their children.

That same day, Scott filed a new temporary restraining order against Kelley.

Judge Richard Mrazik ordered Kelley to not have any direct or indirect contact with Scott, 57, or their three children, according to the protective order reviewed by PEOPLE.

Docs stated that she cannot “commit, try to commit or threaten to commit any form of violence” against Scott or the kids, including “stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing any other form of abuse that could cause bodily injury.”

The “only” time Kelley can have contact with Scott is during mediation sessions scheduled with a “Court Qualified Mediator” regarding their divorce or custody. Otherwise, she must remain at least 300 feet away from her ex.

Scott and Kelley announced their separation in June after 21 years of marriage.

The Party of Five actor filed for divorce on June 10. Days later, on June 13, a female friend called 911 about Kelley’s “escalating mental health crisis.” She was subsequently detained and taken to a local hospital by sheriffs in Utah County, Utah.

Though Kelley later insisted on her Instagram Stories that she was “taken against my will” and “survived an involuntary 5150,” authorities told PEOPLE that Kelley “had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies.”

On July 15, the former pair entered into a temporary agreement, outlining their custody arrangements, financial matters and communication guidelines.

The agreement, which was first decided upon by a Utah judge, was updated on Aug. 26, prior to Kelley’s arrest. It upheld the previous determination to award Scott temporary sole physical custody of their three children. He also retained temporary “decision-making authority.”

Kelley also maintained “liberal” supervised parenting time, which included three permitted supervised video or phone calls per week. She was also allowed to respond if her children initiate additional contact.

The biggest change to the temporary stipulated agreement on Aug. 26 was for the children to each have a safe-harbor therapist. Safe-harbor therapists are put in place so that neither parent is allowed to interfere with or inquire into the content of the therapeutic process.

The goal of the agreement, for Kelley to eventually regain unsupervised parenting time, remained unchanged.

On Aug. 15, Scott broke his silence in a statement to PEOPLE, claiming that Kelley was making “disturbing” and “entirely false” allegations against him.

He alleged that Kelley was using “psychological abuse, child abuse, child endangerment, stealing with passports” in an effort to get her children back. The actor said that he hoped to have the “most difficult chapter of our family’s lives remain as private as possible,” but that Kelley’s recent actions caused him to speak out.

In her own statement to PEOPLE after Scott spoke out, Kelley claimed that her actions were to “create more urgency to get the kids back. Or at least get back joint custody.”

“I will be very clear when I say this: I don’t believe that Scott would [abuse our children],” she said. “I’ve lost my career, my reputation, my children, my integrity, my honor, my devotion to my marriage. As a parent, I have literally lost everything except my life. I’ve done everything strategic, and I’m hopeful for my children.”
