‘Bachelorette’ Alum Jed Wyatt Welcomes First Baby with Wife Ellen

Jed Wyatt is a new dad!

The former Bachelorette contestant, 31, welcomed his first baby, daughter Daisy Jane Wyatt, with wife Ellen Decker on Friday, Aug. 29, announcing the exciting news via a joint post on Instagram on Monday, Sept. 1. In the post, the newly minted parents shared the first snap of their baby girl and a picture of their family of three.

“Daisy Jane Wyatt is here🌼🎀,” Decker wrote in the caption. “This girl stole both of our hearts on August 29th. No words can begin to explain the love that was felt when we both finally met her. God is so good and we’re beyond thankful for our sweet healthy girl!”

The new mom also added a few more pictures to her Instagram Stories, including another snap of her baby girl and another of them together. She also added two more pictures of the family of three, saying becoming a mom was “the best feeling in the world.”

“The best feeling in the world we are so so in love with you Daisy 😭💗,” she wrote in text over the photo.

Wyatt first announced he was expecting his first baby with his wife with a joint post on Instagram in March 2025. In the eight-picture carousel, the couple poses next to a pick-up truck, with Decker wearing a white dress and black cowboy hat and Wyatt wearing a denim outfit and white shirt.

In one photo, Decker gazed up at her husband as she held the sonogram, and he cradled her baby bump. Another snap showed the couple in the driver’s seat of the truck, with Wyatt looking at his wife and placing his hand on her stomach.

“This next chapter is called: mom and dad!!! finallly can share our little secret🤍,” the couple wrote in the caption. “Baby Wyatt, our biggest blessing coming summer ‘25👼🏼.”

On June 16, Wyatt shared a recap on Instagram of the couple’s last trip before the baby arrived. In the snaps of their babymoon, the former reality TV star included pictures of the pair enjoying time together.

In one photo, the couple posed on the beach while Wyatt caressed her growing baby bump. Another picture showed the two posing for a mirror selfie as they worked out together in the gym.

“Babymoon, don’t moon baby’s!!! As usual time flew by here, but we can’t wait to make thousands of memories with our little girl on this beach. ❤️,” he wrote in the caption.

Wyatt, who appeared on season 15 of the franchise, and the fitness coach tied the knot in July 2024. The couple wed during a three-day celebration in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The black-tie wedding was held at an Italian-style villa that featured panoramic views.

“When we saw the Woodlands at Howe Farms, we fell in love,” Decker told PEOPLE exclusively. “We loved that it had European charm but was located close to home.”

On the day of the couple’s nuptials, a touching last-minute addition was made to the ceremony. Decker’s father drove her to the ceremony in a 1947 Hudson. Wyatt said he “felt the tears start rolling” when he heard the car approach.

“Nothing in my life could have prepared me for the moment her father helped her get out of that car,” Wyatt said of his bride, before jokingly adding, “It was also funny because before she got out, all I could see inside was a giant white fluff ball due to her dress being basically piled on top of her.”
